Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Jake stops the delivery man at the station, the people behind the glass doors behind them change slightly between shots. Notably, the girl who just went through disappears.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: During the flashback, when Chucky is putting on his coat to leave the apartment, if you look very closely, you can just barely see the outline of either a very tight sports bra, or chest-binder top under Chucky's white shirt. (The white shirt is ever-so-slightly translucent in the light.) Since Chucky is played by a woman in these scenes, this garment would be used to help hide her breasts and give her a flatter, male-looking chest.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: During the flashback, when Chucky leaves Tiffany in the apartment, as he leaves, you can catch a glimpse of the platform shoes actress Fiona Dourif is wearing to make herself seem taller when she plays Chucky. Now, you might argue that Chucky is just wearing platform shoes in the scene but the problem is, this scene takes place shortly before the opening of the original movie, where he's NOT wearing those types of shoes.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: In the flashback, when Tiffany bursts into the room and finds Chucky with the dead woman, depending on the angle, Chucky either has the knife up by his shoulder or down by his hip.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Jake is walking down the street listening to Devon's podcast, in the first shot, two women walk by him and there's a bus about 20 feet in front of him. It then cuts to the opposite angle, and he's suddenly right in front of the bus and the same two women walk by him a second time.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When the mayor says it's time to start healing as a community, she goes from having both hands on her chest, to having one on her chest and one on the podium between cuts.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: During the press conference, when the reporter is asking about the death of Kim Evans, the photographer behind him goes from having his camera up to down between cuts.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Devon rips the article about Charles Lee Ray's house off his pinboard, it makes a small rip at the top of the sheet. When he puts it down into the box two shots later, the rip is gone.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Tiffany kisses Logan out of nowhere, the direction his eyes are looking changes between cuts as he darts them around, confused.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Junior approaches Jake, shoves him, and starts chewing him out, the way the wind is blowing his hair changes between shots once or twice. (e.g. In one shot, it's blowing his hair over his forehead, but it's not in the next shot.)
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Lexy hugs Devon at the wake, her arm goes from below to above his shoulder between cuts.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Jake goes out and sees Devon at the wake, the extras in the background change multiple times between shots. E.g. The number of people in the background behind Devon changes between shots from three to five. The man and woman who are behind Jake suddenly warp to a different part of the yard/driveway between shots. Etc.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Michelle is talking about leaving the wake, Jake wanders into the background. When Lexy looks over and sees Jake, a woman in a gray blazer suddenly appears behind him, seemingly having a conversation with another person. She wasn't in the previous shot of Jake. Yes, Jake is off-camera for about two seconds but that's nowhere near long enough for the woman to have wandered into the room, stopped, and then started talking to someone.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Michelle mentions she has to leave the wake at 3, the way Nathan is holding the cup and saucer in his hands changes entirely between cuts. He goes from holding the cup on the saucer with his left hand to holding it above the saucer with his right hand.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: At Bree's wake, after Lexy gets up and walks away from Junior, you can see a woman in the background walking. When it cuts from Junior to Logan, the woman is suddenly about 10 feet from where she just was.
Twice the Grieving, Double the Loss - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Andy is hassling Kyle about cigarettes, she says, "Seriously? You're worried about this?" When she says this, she goes from holding the pack up by her face to down by her waist between cuts.
Cape Queer - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: When Chucky gets tasered, and you see his knife hit the ground and stick into it, you can see that the ground is padded so the knife has something to stick into.
Cape Queer - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Devon tasers Chucky, he goes from standing to kneeling between shots, his flashlight is in a different position, and you can pretty much tell where it goes from a little person dressed as Chucky to being the actual doll.
Cape Queer - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Jake tries to sneak up on Lexy, Chucky evades him by going between his legs. But if you look closely, in the first shot Chucky SLIDES under his legs, while in the next shot, you see the tail end of Chucky RUNNING under his legs. It looks like they tried to combine two different takes where they had him do different things. It goes by quick, but once you see it, it's obvious.
Cape Queer - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Devon and Jake are talking on the staircase during the sequence where they're waiting for Chucky, Jake's hands change positions between cuts multiple times.
Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
