My Heart Still Beats - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: Takasugi's eyes as he cheers his team up are drawn in a way different from any other episode (as in, they are open!). Moreover, his elbow is still visible at the edge of the frame when the camera moves to Ishizaki, so he kept the same awkward position for an inane amount of time for no reason. (00:06:25)

My Heart Still Beats - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: Misaki receives the ball from Taki, and dribbles 7 and 6. The number 6 on the Musashi players is written with a thin font that stands out for being totally different from the rest of the episode. (00:09:05)

Other mistake: While he waits for Tsubasa to lose the two defenders marking him, you can see that two Musashi players are coming at Misaki from behind. They are gone in the rest of the scene, to the point that he turns around and brings the ball back outside the area unchallenged. (00:09:20)

My Heart Still Beats - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: Misaki walks away from the penalty area trying to find an opening for Tsubasa. When he thinks "Tsubasa-kun" looking at him obstructed by two players, the logo on his chest changed proportions. (00:10:00)

My Heart Still Beats - S2-E10

Other mistake: When Tsubasa is staring at Urabe running in the distance, Urabe's hair is see-through in some shots and you can see the shape of his skull (or at least a glowing circular spot that appears in some frames only). (00:11:05)

My Heart Still Beats - S2-E10

Other mistake: Tsubasa gets the stray ball very close to the goal line. Regardless of that, the Musashi players surround him and there's a larger portion of field around them with no lines. (00:17:30)

Mega-Shot - S2-E11

Other mistake: The Musashi team are ready for the kick off. But the aerial view shows the teams in positions incompatible with the situation; not every player is in their own half, and even more noticeably, there are no players by the center mark, in fact nowhere near. (00:03:05)

Mega-Shot - S2-E11

Factual error: The whole "Did the referee blow his whistle because of the goal, or because the match is over" isn't possible; the referee blows his whistle three times for the end of the match, not just a single time. (However, it should be noted that technically it's a universally adopted convention but not a hard-coded rule). (00:05:50)

Mega-Shot - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: The Nankatsu players reach Misugi, on his knees and helped out by the goalkeeper and the manager. The keeper is not wearing gloves in close-up, he is in the next shot. (00:06:40)

Mega-Shot - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: In the hotel room, the boys talk about Misugi and his condition. Taki is wearing a white tee and red pants, but in the next panning shot of the room he is wearing blue jeans. (00:11:00)

Mega-Shot - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: Yayoi sits by Tsubasa as she tells him Jun's sad story. When she says "He might never be able to play football again", behind the two there are already more than the 4 steps they sit on in other shots. (00:13:55)

Kick-Off for the Future - S1-E3

Trivia: International versions change Roberto's message to his coach at San Paulo FC, adding for some reason that he met a girl he fell in love with. This girl is never referenced nor appears, since, well, she does not exist? Roberto mentions that he met Tsubasa instead, who he wants to bring to greatness. (00:12:40)
