Fenikkusu! Jigoku o mita senshi - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: For some reason, the eyes of Phoenix's mask keep a coherent shape throughout the first part of his appearance - can't expect millimetre precision, but definitely consistent. Then he hits Shun from the Gold Cloth stand, and the eye slits become way more rounded and not resembling the ones from the beginning of the scene at all. Other mistake: The Graude Foundation hospital has a sign on the front that says "Foundation Graude - Treatment"
Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Ikki comes down with his right foot, surrounded by the flames of the Phoenix, but he hits Shun with a left kick. (00:04:20)
Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7
Other mistake: When Jabu falls down in a spray of blood after 'dodging' Ikki's punch, Ikki's helmet has the central gem colored wrong - orange like the rest of the spikes, and not red. (00:05:30)
Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Tatsumi shows the "Death Queen Island" slip of paper holding it in a different way between shots. The folding line of the paper also falls either to the left or the right of the first N. (00:09:40)
Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: In the flashback, Ikki's blue spot comes and goes between shots. (00:10:55)
Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7
Other mistake: The sequence when Tatsumi slaps Ikki lacks basic perspective all around; Ikki is supposed to fall on the floor, but then again, his head stands tall in front of his gut, and he's just a kid. He could reach there only standing. (00:11:00)
Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Ikki hits Nachi with the one decisive Phantom Demon punch, but uses a right fist in close-up, which turns out to be a left fist in the next shot (and the actual nightmare). (00:14:50)
Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Ikki knocks down Seiya just moving his arm. It's clear that Seiya is wearing a red armband and a white bandage on his forearm and hand. A minute later though, a Black Saint is behind him and he sports two red bandages. (00:18:05)
Ubawa reta! Kogane seii - S1-E7
Other mistake: The Black Saint that surprises Seiya materializing behind him has the breastplate fully blue instead of black and blue like the others, just in that shot in a coloring mistake. (00:19:15)
Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: Seiya had bandages and wrist and armbands in the previous episode, but they are all gone in this one. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: Seiya had bandages and wrist and armbands in the previous episode, but they are all gone in this one. (00:02:00)
Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8
Other mistake: On top of the building, Shun notices the snow. In the wider shot an error of coloring makes the left part of his armor disappear and be colored like something sticking out of his face. (00:04:40)
Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8
Character mistake: In the sequence with Ikki's Shadows jumping over the lifting bridge, the first one is not wearing the visor they all have to wear. (00:05:00)
Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8
Other mistake: Ikki starts donning the Gold Cloth; the armor covers him over the knee in the first shot, but when Seiya barges in his whole leg, thigh included is painted gold. (00:08:50)
Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: When Hyoga screams "DIAMOND DUST" killing the Black Saint, the fist throwing the technique is the right, left, right. (00:12:20)
Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8
Other mistake: The Bronze Knights kill various Black Knights who carry the pieces of the stolen Cloth. One wonders where, though, since none of them is shown carrying them at any point. (00:12:50)
Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8
Plot hole: Andromeda is wearing his full armor (he's the only one doing that) at the end of the episode. The armor includes the chain that is used three times just in this episode alone to detect the bad guys, and that does it without need for explicit orders to do so, but with no explanation he's not detecting the enemy behind the tree. (00:22:10)
Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8
Other mistake: The Sagittar cloth fits Phoenix's body and flies to him by its own volition and power (as opposed as the manga, where they have to put the magic Cloths on like any normal armor), but with a simple flying kick Pegasus hits Ikki and strips him of the whole shabang - behaving unlike every other Cloth.
