Character mistake: Ray says that it's the very first time they've dealt with vampires. In Season 2 Episode 25, "No One Comes to Lupusville", the Ghostbusters had to deal with both werewolves and vampires.
Continuity mistake: After Brian finds the note Alf left, we see William put the note under the microscope to inspect the tear drops. When William says "I'm going to go find him," he stands up and we see him leave the note on the microscope. When the camera cuts to William walking through the door, he all of a sudden has the note in his hand that was left on the microscope. (00:12:55 - 00:13:35)
Visible crew/equipment: Back and Forth: When Blackadder first goes into the time machine to get the items from Baldrick, and the door goes up, you can see a crew member pushing the door closed, wearing a red shirt. (00:05:45)

Continuity mistake: When Reeka is conjuring the fake rainbow to distract the Flutter Ponies, the grey pot on her head is blue for a while.

Continuity mistake: In season one, episode two, "The Beauty Contest," Julia Sugarbaker states the following about her sister Suzanne becoming Miss Georgia World, 1976: "when she emerged from the isolation booth to answer the question, "What would you do to prevent war?" she spoke so eloquently of patriotism, battlefields and diamond tiaras, grown men wept." However, in this episode, Suzanne recalls her answer to the final question, "I said I wanted my own TV show." Further, the name of the pageant changes from Miss Georgia World to Miss Georgia U.S., and the year changed to 1975.
World's Greatest Grandma - S1-E13
Other mistake: A six-piece band of grandmothers is playing "When The Saints Go Marching In" at a school talent show. None of the piano keys move when the pianist taps them.
Revealing mistake: While Holmes and Watson are investigating the crime scene, there is a shot of them that shows the dead man's hand. His hand is visibly shaking, revealing the actor is struggling to maintain the position of his hand.

Revealing mistake: As Reba the Mail Person exits the Playhouse, she goes past the window, and you can see her exit the sound stage through a door painted the same as the background.
