Looking at the wide shot that precedes it, it's quite funny to notice the pose but with the character positioned the wrong way; his left arm is hovering perfectly horizontal 1 meter above the ropes instead of being supported by it. Continuity mistake: The doctor's stethoscope keeps moving up and down his collar when he pulls Shunrei back from the stretcher. (00:15:45)

Plot hole: Miho is watching the match at home, and it is day - the kids in the previous episode also entered the Dome when it was afternoon, and a clock at their place when they watched the first of Seiya's fights showed it was 4 pm. Yet she takes a taxi for the arena when it's dark outside.

Continuity mistake: In the first part of the scene with Seiya at the hospital, there's a rather large ledge behind the bed, harboring a stupidly big pink box of tissues. Once Shiryu enters the room, there's a wall lamp and the space is narrower, the box is smaller and changes color to blue/grey. (00:02:30 - 00:08:40)

Continuity mistake: When the kids nearly give Seiya a concussion for the lulz, the one in the middle has both hands on the blanket in the first shot, while in the following the blanket is covering less of the bed and so he has his right chubby hand on the sheets. (00:02:35)

That makes no sense, since he was comatose (and he says himself that Shunrei had to tell him what happened). In the manga, he says that he had this feeling since the tournament began, which makes much more sense (plus Phoenix does not show up at that specific time being detected by the Andromeda chain). Continuity mistake: Ikki catches Shun's chain wrapping it around his fist. It is the end with the ball. When he looks down on Shun before preparing for his attack that closes the episode, the part with the edges is the one entangled to his arm. (00:19:20)
