Continuity mistake: When Luther punches through the armoire, most of panel falls off when he pulls his hand back. But in subsequent shots, there's just a hole in the panel.
Number Five - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: While old #5 is talking with the lady in black, the sun changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: While Cha Cha is looking for Hazel at the donuts place, she takes a look and Agnes is hugging Hazel around his head but in the next shot she is not.
Continuity mistake: While Leonard talks with Vanya on the street after she gets mad at her brothers, the sun changes between shots.
Other mistake: When Harold goes to kill his father, we see his dad on the seat moving each time we hear the hammer, but if you look at his head, you don't see anyone hitting him at all.
Continuity mistake: The amount of blood on Allison blouse decreases after Vanya cuts her throat.
Continuity mistake: Number Seven is shown in a flashback to be breaking glasses using her powers. She breaks all of them in sequence except one. The angle cuts and the remaining glass has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Vanya boards the bus, the bus number is 2432. When she sits in the back, the rear window has no number. When the rear window is shown the second time, there is a bus number, but this time it's 7200. (00:19:27 - 00:20:53)
Factual error: When Klaus and Ben visit Dave at the hardware store in November 1963, they arrive in a 1965 Imperial. (00:32:48)
Factual error: It is November 1963. Harlan is playing the game Operation, which was not released by Milton Bradley until 1965. (00:17:06)
Factual error: JFK was assassinated on 22 November 1963. However, when #5 fights his older self in the parking lot, you can see what appears to be a 1965 Pontiac GTO. The car shouldn't exist for two more years. (Best view is when Luther starts reacting to having been kicked in the testicles by young #5). (00:15:21 - 00:16:36)
Continuity mistake: When Carl is shot and falls to the ground, the position of his body changes. For example, his left arm is down, but in the wide shot, both arms are straight out in a more dramatic pose.
Factual error: Ray comments on how Diego 'beams' into his living room. That use of the term comes from the 'Star Trek' TV series, which wouldn't debut for three more years.
Factual error: As the camera pans towards the interstate after the assassination of President Kennedy the Dallas County court house and part of the county jail can be seen. Both buildings weren't built until the 1980s.
Continuity mistake: When the siblings are in the elevator, leaving the meeting with their father, they have fruit on them from the demonstration of Vanya's powers. Alison has some fruit in her hair in one shot; the next shot the fruit is gone; then it's back.
Kugelblitz - S3-E4
Other mistake: When the sequence shows different places that Sissy and Harlan move to, it lists "Tampa Bay, Florida, 1969." The name of the city is Tampa... Tampa Bay is a much larger region of Florida that includes Tampa. While they could live in the Tampa Bay area, all of the others list the names of cities/towns. (00:01:53)
Suggested correction: That's not a mistake. They very well could have lived in the Tampa Bay area without specifically living in the city of Tampa. Just because the others are cities, doesn't mean it is a mistake.
Kugelblitz - S3-E4
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the episode, as Sissy is signing the papers under the pseudonym Dana Pocket, she is holding cash in her left hand. The words "pictures" "and "film" can be appreciated on the faces of the bills, revealing this is fake money, often used in Hollywood productions.
Visible crew/equipment: You can see the camera in the backseat as they pull into the gas station.
