Ghosts of Christmas Future - S1-E4

Audio problem: One of the target's bodyguards is watching Jason and his team board a civilian plane, and he calls his boss and says "od jechal" which means he drove away. He should've said "odlecieli" which means they flew away. Also his Polish "od jechal" is heavily accented, spoken like he's speaking Arabic or something with a strong "H" accent. There's no way he's fluent in Polish. He also could've said "od frunal" which means flew away, but it's reserved for a bird or a small flying creature. (00:29:50)

The Strength of the Wolf - S3-E4

Audio problem: One of the team members shoots a sentry on board a ship off a ladder attached to the deck hanging off the side of the ships hull. He shoots an unsurpassed Glock and the shot sounds suppressed. A muzzle flash can be seen too, another indicator it's unsuppressed. Their element of surprise would have been totally eliminated had this really happened. They've used suppressors before on their sidearms - doesn't make sense why they wouldn't now. (00:31:00)

Things Not Seen - S2-E12

Continuity mistake: Six people jump out of a C-17 and Blackburn and Mandy are aboard the aircraft. The next shot shows the SEAL team in the air with parachutes. Then the scene goes to an air base in Incirlik, Turkey. Blackburn and Mandy are there. How did that airplane get from 200 miles inside Syria to a Turkish airbase before the SEAL team even hit the ground? (00:17:00)

Credible Threat - S1-E18

Question: It shows the tier 1 operators taking the congressman and other officials through the hospital with photographers and film crews everywhere. Aren't tier 1 operators identities supposed to be unknown? Why would they be visible in such a high profile scene?

Answer: They should be wearing balaclavas. They do such operations usually on foreign soil.
