Turtles in Space (4): The Arena - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: Before the Turtles were carted off to the arena in the previous episode, they were disarmed. But once they have been confined to the gladiators' quarters, when Ralph asks about Traximus ("Who's Mister Sunshine?"), at that very moment he has his sai back in his belt.

The Demon Reborn - S3-E11

Continuity mistake: When Lois recovers in her apartment from the knock-out gas and starts swinging, Batman pushes her against her nightstand. But once she calms down and the camera makes a wide shot from the ceiling of the room, Lois and Batman suddenly crouch quite a distance away from the nightstand.

Justice League (2001)

Paradise Lost (2) - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: When Flash plays tag with Faust ("Now you see me, now you don't"), there is a brief shot in which he rushes at Faust - but not inside Hyppolita's palace, but in some high-tech laboratory. Obviously a shot from some earlier series, since the coloring and style are different from the Justice League's.

Monkey Fun - S2-E13

Other mistake: Season 2 episode 13 "Monkey Fun": Just before the enlarged Titano appears at the zoo, there is a family watching normal-sized monkeys in a cage. The family father (farthest on the right) has a drawing disorder with his eyes: their pupils look up and down, respectively, giving him a rather goofy expression.

Daniel4646

Heavy Metal - S2-E23

Continuity mistake: Season 2 episode 23 "Heavy Metal": In the beginning, when Metallo and the Intergang goons raid the bank, the goons use conventional sub machine guns. But when they start tearing through Irons' neighborhood looking for Superman, the goons use the same guns, which have, however, suddenly become laser blasters.

Exodus: Part 1 - S3-E25

Other mistake: In the scene where Raphael and Michelangelo report from their ceiling vantage point, we see a hallway full of Foot ninjas. Strangely, we can see a brief shot of an Earth Protection Force trooper walking peacefully among amongst the Foot even though they are hostile to them. (00:07:50)

Membership Drive - S5-E6

Continuity mistake: Nano fells the statue of Zippy Lad during his fight with the Justice Force. When the statue topples, the area before it is empty until it shatters. But in the next cut, we see Zippy Lad sitting in his wheelchair right before his own statue, with no debris lying around. It's simply the re-insertion of a previous cut, when Zippy Lad is criticizing the three failed applicants.

Turtles in Space (4): The Arena - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When the Turtles and the rest of the gladiators are to be ferried up to the arena, Gruel the overseer refuses to give back the Turtles' weapons. But once the Turtles are on the elevator platform, Raphael and Donatello have their weapons stuck in their belts; then the scene switches, and the weapons are gone again just before Traximus unpacks them for the Turtles to take.

Plot hole: In the first film, Toulon fled to America and, when the Nazis found him, committed suicide in 1939. But this movie, effectively the prequel to the franchise, opens in 1941.

Daniel4646

Other mistake: When Major Kraus and his substitute driver inspect Lt. Stein's corpse, look closely at Stein's chin and collar. Despite the fact that he should be a corpse by now, Stein is still breathing. (00:37:20)

Worlds Collide: Part 3 - S3-E6

Plot hole: In their previous encounters with the Triceratons, the Turtles had to learn the hard way that the Triceratons breathe not oxygen but a combination of nitrogen and sulfur, which is detrimental to most Earth lifeforms, and thus had to wear special rebreathers. When the Turtles, Splinter, April and Casey enter Zanramon's throne room along with Traximus, none of them wear any breathing equipment to protect themselves from the hostile atmosphere.

Sex and Violence - S1-E1

Trivia: The approximate wording of the German Hitler rally fragments used for the 'Pre-War Joke' is as follows: Hilter: Particularly, since none will evermore be living in Germany. Nazi: We are the young fellowship of the Reich! Hitler: Your education.

Total Recall (1990)

Trivia: The burly miner Quaid encounters on the train to the Mars hotelstry is Mickey Jones, who performed Michael Ironside's partner Chris Farber in the series "V". Ironside also wears the same kind of clothes he did as Ham Tyler in that series. (00:48:00)

Justice League (2001)

Paradise Lost (2) - S1-E9

Other mistake: When Lex finally manages to open Batman's utility belt and spills out its contents, we see several hand grenades dropping out of the pouches. However, these grenades are standard military egg grenades, and with their size and bulk they should have bulged out the square pouches in which they had been kept - if they had ever fitted inside in the first place.

Mxyzpixilated - S2-E8

Character mistake: In the third instance where Superman manages to get rid of Mxyzptlk, he uses an article full of typos which spell the latter's name backwards as KLTPZYXM. Among the incorrect words is the word "citrimes", in which Superman has included an I and a T, so the correct word in context with the rest of the text should read "crimes" and thus the errors would spell KL-I-TPZYXM. Since there are no vowels in MXYZPTLK, however, what is the additional I doing here - and why didn't Mxyzptlk bother to mark it as a mistake, either?

Double Dose - S2-E10

Factual error: Season 2 episode 10 "Double Dose": When Superman snatches Parasite's escape boat and hauls it back to Stryker's, Parasite attempts to blast him with a shotgun found aboard. But somehow the animators appeared unable to decide whether the gun should be a double-barrel or a pump-action type; and building a double-barrel pump gun would be impractical due to additional weight and bulk.

Lightspeed - S5-E8

Continuity mistake: When Kid Flash intercepts Gizmo's shop-lifting, Gizmo was walking towards the exit with his shopping cart. But after Kid Flash has deposited Gizmo in the cart, he pushes it on towards what would be the back of the shop, away from the entrance. But then Gizmo bursts out of the entrance into the parking lot beyond.

Ben 10 (2005)

Show generally

Continuity mistake: Season 4, episode 9 "Ben 10 vs. The Negative 10, Part 1": When Charmcaster taunts Gwen about not having "taken off the training wheels", she moves her head upward. Note that the lower part of her ponytail falling over her backside does not move as the upper part does, but remains fixed in place.
