Prison Break (2005)

Going Under - S4-E15

Revealing mistake: Sucre and Linc are driving to the pier and there is a shot looking at their SUV. In the background you can see a cop directing traffic away from the shot. It's fairly obvious.

Deliverance (1972)

Revealing mistake: The entire sequence of Voight climbing the cliff face is shot day for night, meaning the scene is supposed to take place during the night but was shot during the day. This is painfully obvious by the amount of contrast in the scenes we see sky (and the colored shots when he is on top of the cliff). When the camera pans up, it is a blue sky day but the scene takes place at night.

Transformers (2007)

Revealing mistake: Near the beginning Shia and Megan Fox are driving in Bumblebee, before it breaks down. There is no road shown in this entire scene, no matter which angle you see. No landscape either. This indicates the scene was probably shot on a soundstage and the car was not moving. It is also obvious there is no wind coming in through the windows.

Homeward Bound (1993)

Revealing mistake: Near the start of the journey, there is a shot of Chance and Shadow running through a creek. This is followed by a shot of Shadow coming toward the camera. As she turns off to the left screen, something on the bottom moves with her. It is likely a guide for the cat to follow.

Enchanted (2007)

Revealing mistake: In the hotel room, Nathaniel picks up the squirrel by the tail. In the very first shot he goes to grab it and grabs thin air below the prince's knee. In the quick angle change he has the squirrel in his hand. It looks like either the actor or the computer animator didn't quite sync things up.

Cocoon (1985)

Revealing mistake: Don Ameche's double is the one doing the elaborate dancing on the floor at the bar. You'll notice the double's hair is different and if you slow the scene down, it's clear it isn't the real actor.

Cocoon (1985)

Revealing mistake: When the Pillsbury alien comes in to the pool house, a bright white light turns on from the far left. It is supposed to be emanating from Pillsbury. The color is also incorrect.

The Conjuring 2 (2016)

Revealing mistake: When the girl is hanging from the ceiling her hair is following what gravity normally does. This gives away that the set is actually upside down and she is really on the floor. If she were stuck to the ceiling her hair would've been down on her face.

Duane Barry (1) - S2-E5

Revealing mistake: The answering machine at The End appears to not be plugged into any phone line. The shot shows the phone jacks on the right side of the machine are empty. In order for an answering machine to work at least one of those ports would need to be hooked to the phone.

McLintock! (1963)

Revealing mistake: Most if not all of the punches thrown by everybody involved during the fight at the clay slide do not land. There are even two men fighting in the pond that appear to be slapping each other, but it looks incredibly fake.

Dumb and Dumber (1994)

Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the film, Harry reaches for his radio after getting a call. The radio is not powered. You can see the display doesn't light up.

The Dark Knight (2008)

Revealing mistake: Gotham General blows up but it appears to be an abandoned building. The shot pulls out after the Joker gets into the bus and you can see sky right through the building.

The Arrival (1996)

Revealing mistake: The shot of a computer showing declination (with red numbers moving) at the Oro Array is used twice, despite being two different computers in two different buildings. It is the exact same shot repeated.
