When the main scene shakes a bit, the superimposed wheelchair does not move. This same explosion minus Eric and his wheelchair appears in an alternate ending. It's the same exact shot.

Revealing mistake: When Eric fails into the water, you see MAC sit up into the shot. This was obviously done by rear projection, with MAC inserted into the shot. Notice the difference in contrast between MAC and the other shot in front of it.

Revealing mistake: When the sniper is aiming at Swagger and the soldier through the window, a woman walks in and notices him. He shoots her and she falls. The problem is, he shoots at nothing. She simply turns her head and acts like she got hit. There's no indication a bullet even hit her.

Their mirror images are further apart. The woman with darker hair also has her head tilted to the right slightly. Her mirror image doesn't.

Revealing mistake: Sam is getting shot at in the aircraft hanger. He hides behind a yellow machine and a bullet hits it. The bullet produces a flash but leaves no mark where it hits. A real bullet would have left a gash at the least.

Revealing mistake: Ian is looking for a parking spot in Indiana. There is a shot looking at him and the speedometer of the car is visible. It is not moving despite Ian driving.

Revealing mistake: Gizmo flies off a snow shovel on his car and it blows up. There is a noticeable edit here where the effect happens. It's likely the car didn't blow on the first take so they spliced two scenes together.

Revealing mistake: Mason brings his unnamed son to the lake and acts like he is going to drown him. The baby is noticeably a doll in all but the scene where he kisses it. It is obvious from the way he is carrying it as well as the lack of movement.
