Continuity mistake: When they are getting on the bus after being turned down by some agents there is a guy with a red shirt getting on the bus. The scene cuts and shows the guy with the red shirt smoking but not on the bus. The other people in the shots are mixed up, too (the only one that stays the same is the girl Walt hits on). (00:25:15)

Continuity mistake: At the end when Bob walks out to see who played the song, there is an order pad sitting near the end of the counter. When Bob walks out with Walt the pad has turned into what looks like a menu and moved to the very corner. (01:42:55)

Continuity mistake: Whilst Walt and Bob are cooking at the beginning of the film, there is a large bandage on Bob's forehead. Just after chopping up the mushrooms the bandage disappears, the next time we see them it is back on. (00:03:05)

Continuity mistake: While J.D. and Carla are visiting Mrs Wilks near the start she has a tray of food and a bit of paper next to the tray in front of her. In shots of J.D. and Carla the table in front of Mrs Wilks where the food was is completely clear and the food and paper keep reappearing between shots.

Continuity mistake: Season 5-9, Episode: My Half-Acre. While Cox and Carla are telling Mrs Wilk about her treatment, the cardigan she is wearing is completely unbuttoned. When the camera goes for a closeup of her face, the cardigan is now buttoned right up to her neck.

Continuity mistake: After J.D.and Julie take their picture with the old people masks and have taken them off, there are a lot of pieces from the mask still on their face. When J.D. has finished his small speech you can most of the bits from both of their faces has disappeared, with J.D's more noticeable than Julie's.

Continuity mistake: As Kelso goes rolling by in the hall with the wheels on his shoes, you can see they are actually skates and the wheels are black. When he asks who put the tiny wheels on his shoes, the shoes are now normal and the wheels are white.

Continuity mistake: As Homer is giving his speech to the dressed up monkeys, all of the monkeys are dressed in blue suits and you can also see there is one monkey next to the stairs on the stage. In the next shot of Homer leaving the stage there is now six monkeys, with only one wearing a suit and it is grey. (00:19:45)

Continuity mistake: When Marge sees Homer's car parked illegally over 3 handicapped spots you can see a car parked near Homer's that is orange. Later in the scene when Marge starts writing a ticket up for Homer the car next to Homer's is now a dark brown. (00:14:35 - 00:15:05)

Continuity mistake: Before Marge sees Homer parking violation, if you look at where he is parked over the first handicapped spot there is a car parked in the first non-handicapped spot. A bit before Marge arrests him there is now a non-handicapped spot between the car and Homer's car. (00:14:35 - 00:15:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Kelly bursts into the classroom and pulls the main character out of the chair there is a shot of them from behind as they leave. There you can see the battery pack on the back of the main characters pants. (00:59:00)

Continuity mistake: As the popular kids are speeding past the school security guard, notice the last car a black pick up truck. There are six kids in the back of the truck. In the very next shot you can see there are only two kids in the back. Although one of the kids was crouched in front of the kids that were standing up and might have been obscured from view, the other three were sitting in plain view and have disappeared. (00:08:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sam smashes the vending machine in the library, you see him first take out about three items from it, and then in the next shot you see him holding two items, but when he throws them onto the table there are about a dozen packets of sweets and crisps.
