Continuity mistake: As Kahn is ringing the bell in Strickland Propane trying to get some attention the bell is right next to his hands. When Hank comes out there is a wide shot and the bell is now a short distance from Kahn's hand. The counter also changes size as you can see where it ends just to the left of Kahn but in the wide shot the counter runs from wall to wall. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: As Coach Sauers is making them run up and down the stands you can see Bobby with all the mud on his face and body just reaching the bottom of the stand and then in the very next shot hes all of a sudden reaching the top of the stands with Joseph. (00:08:35)

Continuity mistake: When Minh is taking out the garbage she trips over and starts punching the 3 bags she is carrying. You can see the bags are securely tied up at the top of the bags. The scene then goes to Hank and Peggy and you can hear Minh continue her punching on the garbage bags. As the shot goes back to Minh on the ground when Hank goes to see her 2 of the bags are now open and garbage is everywhere. Its unlikely she ripped open the bags herself whilst punching them as Hank ties them up at the top and there are no rips in the bag. They were also securely tightened to begin with. (00:15:25)

Continuity mistake: In the final classroom scene when Peggy has a mace, she swings it very hard and rips off the cartoon paper on the map of Europe. It then goes to a quick shot of the class and back to her in less than a second. Yet she is now holding the mace steady in her hand, even though you wouldn't be able to stop a mace that soon after swinging it that quickly. The cartoon paper she ripped off has also disappeared. Continuity mistake: Before Peggy leaves the soccer mums and goes to watch football again, the woman in the green sweater is holding a coffee cup that is of a pale brown color. When the shot goes to a close up of her talking, the color is now red. The next time you see her holding the cup, it's gone back to being a pale brown color. (00:18:15)

Continuity mistake: During the scene where Hank is talking to Kahn in the restaurant bathroom you can see a black rubbish bin below the hand dryer next to the entrance of the bathroom. About halfway into the scene Kahn starts looking into the mirror and the garbage bin has disappeared. Throughout the rest of the scene the bin never reappears. (00:18:20)

Continuity mistake: In the episode where Brian and Lois get married, Lois confronts Brian after cheating with Peter back at the house. Stewie is playing with a SIMON SAYS game. Look at the SIMON SAYS when he is playing it (up close), after he is done (the close up shot ends), look at the colors again on the SIMON SAYS, they change.

Continuity mistake: While the Griffin family are at the Heimlich maneuver class, there is a scene where Stewie is talking to a doll and putting his clothes on. You can see that he has no shoes on but when he sticks his feet through the pant leg holes, shoes suddenly come out of the pants and he has his shoes on. (00:04:10)

Continuity mistake: When Lisa is changing her top in the bathroom you see the cut on her chest and it is red almost as if it was only recently done or had been bleeding. Later in the film when Jackson is in the bathroom and he sees the scar it is healed up and there is now a fully healed scar. There are two problems, firstly the cut could not have healed in the few hours between when we see it. The second is that the cut we see at the beginning was said to have been caused two years prior. Therefore how could the cut be that fresh? (00:10:10 - 00:41:55)

Other mistake: When Dexter is running Matt Chambers' fingerprint though his computer, he brings up four newspaper articles where the names Matt Brewster and Matt Rasmussen are used. In the final article, the headline reads "Matt Rasmussen of South Boston arrested", but the body of the article uses the name Matt Brewster exclusively. Other than the first few words, the text of the final article is identical to that of the previous one. (00:33:50)

Continuity mistake: When Her Majesty drives into the river, there is no road to be be seen on the other side, and her car stops about mid-river. In the next shot, when walking from the car, she is very close to the bank on the other side, and in a following shot there is a road leading up from the stalled car.

Revealing mistake: The film is set in 1997 the year of Diana's death. However there is a scene in where Tony Blair is being driven in a car and you can see a Mercedes through the rear window with an '02' number plate indicating a 2002 model vehicle.

Continuity mistake: As the Queen is about to take the call from Tony Blair in the kitchen you can see in front of her a few plates of food and a chopping board with two cucumbers and a black handle knife. Near the end of the scene we see an overhead shot and there is only one cucumber and the knife has disappeared as well. (01:05:05 - 01:06:00)

Visible crew/equipment: After the Queen's jeep is stuck in the river, she glances around for a moment. The rigging of the lights and camera can be seen in the reflection of her glasses. Further, when she exits the car, the reflection of a man holding his hand to his chin can be seen in the door window. This must be a crew member, as in the next wide shot the Queen is completely alone. (00:59:50)

Continuity mistake: After the Queen has made the changes to her tribute speech you can see she puts the cap back on her pen. The next shot she puts the cap on again. (01:20:25)
