Shortly after, his partner calls him on the radio - he answers the call immediately and the radio is in his hand. Continuity mistake: During the street scenes it appears to be fall with leaves on the ground, grass green and streets and sidewalks dry. However, when police raid the park worker's house there is snow on the house roof and on the ground. When the police stake out the same house, there is no snow on the house roof or ground. Factual error: While at the Port of Baltimore trying clear a horse Blake is on the phone with the Secretary and an Agriculture Inspector and a Customs Inspector are shown. The uniforms the inspectors are wearing haven't been used since March 2003 when they were different agencies. After March 2003 Agriculture and Customs Inspectors began working for the same agency US CBP and wearing the same uniform. (00:09:00)

Continuity mistake: Stephanie McCord picks up Mr. Hobbs at Washington National Airport. When she greets him they are outside the terminal, a lady in dark clothes with a white scarf pulling a suitcase walks by as they stop and talk. Character mistake: S44/E80 Noah Newman works as a bartender, and while at Victor Newman's house says "let's show off some of those drink serving skills." While making a drink he pours straight vodka from the bottle into a martini glass and puts in olives and hands it to Abby to drink. As bartender Noah should know how to make a martini. He doesn't use any vermouth with the vodka and doesn't chill it first by shaking or stirring it before pouring it into the martini glass. (00:11:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bond shoots Mr. White in the leg at the end of the movie, Mr. White is standing on the side of his car between a large bush, a bench and a ground light. She should have threaten to call ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Hidell claims he was held in a CBP detention center at Homestead. ICE has detention centers not CBP and there is no detention center at Homestead. (00:09:00 - 00:17:00)

Other mistake: Gomer volunteers for a 7 day parachute training. The training is held at a base at Sand Point, which is was an actual base outside of Seattle, WA. Gomer's original base is Camp Henderson, which is suppose to be in Southern California. At last minute, Sgt. Carter drives twice in a jeep to visit Gomer at Sand Point. The drive would have been at least 1300 miles one way. There is no possible way Sgt. Carter could have made the trip twice. (00:14:00)
