The .45 pistol in WW2 was single action. Continuity mistake: Chief Boden is in his dress uniform and his award ribbons above his right pocket are hanging down. There is an emergency and he orders the firefighters to mount up to depart the firehouse. Continuity mistake: Casey and Kelly are on the roof smoking cigars when a man runs up carrying his daughter yelling for help. Both Casey and Kelly put down their cigars and are next seen sliding down a ladder with black gloves on. Factual error: FBI Agent Hannah Wells pulls up to the house of the First Lady's mother driving a unmarked police vehicle with government license plates. The license plate is I410918, which is a Department of Interior plated vehicle. The FBI wouldn't be driving a Department of Interior vehicle as the FBI is in the Department of Justice. A Justice plate would have a J and a FBI agent vehicle would have a regular license plate. (00:14:00)

Factual error: In the street shootout scene, the two bad guys are surrounded by police officers, the police engage them, which created a crossfire situation. Police officers are trained to be aware of what's down range or what's behind the target they are engaging. The shootout wouldn't have occurred in this manner as they were trapped - the officer with the clearest shot would have engaged them. (01:32:00)

Factual error: While at the Port of Baltimore trying clear a horse Blake is on the phone with the Secretary and an Agriculture Inspector and a Customs Inspector are shown. The uniforms the inspectors are wearing haven't been used since March 2003 when they were different agencies. After March 2003 Agriculture and Customs Inspectors began working for the same agency US CBP and wearing the same uniform. (00:09:00)
