Continuity mistake: When Andy meets Murella at the club, Murella says, "I'm so happy to see you", and moves her hand down his cheek. In the next shot, her hand is on his neck/chest. Her hand changes position again a couple of shots later. (00:39:25)

Continuity mistake: When Hoyt is talking to Jason while fixing Maxine's kitchen sink, as Hoyt says, "Why do you care anyway?", Jason has his hand on the edge of the worktop/counter. In the next shot, his hand is resting on the dishwasher, below the counter. (00:42:00 - 00:42:55)

Continuity mistake: When Lafayette is possessed by Mavis and shoots at the police, Jason and Andy run out of the house. In the wide-shot, Jason throws himself on the ground, and rolls around on Andy's right. In the following close-up, Jason lands on the ground again, this time on Andy's left. (00:19:20)

Continuity mistake: After Kevin is introduced to his sister at the end of the movie, Milton says, "Let me give you some inside information about God", and as the shot ends, Christabella is holding a cigarette in her left hand. When the next shot begins, she can be seen in the background, and the cigarette has magically jumped to her right hand.

Continuity mistake: When Gull shows Abberline his autopsy kit, Abberline takes out one of the knives and touches the middle of the blade with his hand. In the next shot, his hand has suddenly moved to the top of the knife and he's touching the point with a finger. In the following shot, his hand is on the middle of the blade again.

Continuity mistake: When the thug attacks Bruce in the beginning of the movie, the man grabs his hair, yanking it straight up. In the next shot, he's suddenly yanking it sideways. His action is shown in real time, visible on screen at all times, and therefore can't be corrected by saying it only takes a fraction of a second to move his hand.

Continuity mistake: In the forest, when Hermione is sitting with her back against a tree, reading, the book changes position between shots after Harry walks over to her. In a close-up, the top of the book is over her knees, in the following wide-shot, the book is below her knees, and then moves back to its original position in the next shot. (01:33:10)

Continuity mistake: When Jason is impersonating the God Who Comes, the position of the blue rope tying Sam to the roof of the car, keeps changing position between shots. For example, when Mike Spencer says, "You're the God Who Comes?", the rope is under Sam's chest; in other shots, it's behind his neck. (00:33:30)

Continuity mistake: During the trial, when a vampire suffers the punishment of having his fangs wrenched out with pliers, the amount and position of the blood on his face changes repeatedly between shots. (00:23:35)

Audio problem: When Marcus attacks Simon at the loading dock, Simon attempts to take out his weapon, but Marcus takes the firearm from him before Simon can assemble it. He takes the barrel in one hand and the rest of the weapon in his other hand, but one moment later, he's shown only holding the barrel as he removes the silver nails, meaning he must have dropped or thrown away the other part. However, we never hear any sound of the other part hitting the asphalt, even though Simon picks it up from the ground later during the fight. (00:57:40)
