Continuity mistake: During the pursuit scene in St-Petersburg, two military trucks breaks a fence and fall in the water. The first one contains 2 passengers, but 3 are ejected from it and the second one contains 3 passengers and 2 are ejected from it. More strange, the one with 2 passenger was behind the one with 3 passengers some shots before. I don't see why they would chase between them. (01:18:40)

Continuity mistake: During the highway chase scene, when Trinity and the keymaker jump on the motorcycle truck, the bikes change between shots. Viewed from the side, from the front to the rear, there's a red, a black, and then three red bikes. When Trinity calls Link for a driving program, there's now a red, two blacks and two red bikes. Continuity mistake: In the Trade Federation spaceship, when Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon jumps from the ventilation shaft to the hangar, everything changes in the next shot. The boxes are different, Obi-Wan is closer to Qui-Gon, they are closer to the edge of the wall and the wall itself is different.
