To Battle the Living Planet - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: This series is in the same continuity as the other Marvel animated series that aired around the same time - X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk - by virtue of each aforementioned show crossing over with at least one of the others. This episode, which originally aired on November 4, 1995, features a cameo appearance by She-Hulk. However, Jennifer Walter's didn't become She-Hulk until the season 1 episode of The Incredible Hulk entitled "Doomed," which originally aired on November 3, 1996. We know "Doomed" takes place after this episode, because the later episode of this series, entitled Nightmare in Green, features a plot where Dr. Doom meets Hulk for the first time after discovering that he is also Bruce Banner, and attempts to use him to destroy the Fantastic Four, and "Doomed" showcases Dr. Doom once again trying to use the Hulk to suit his own ends.

Behold, a Distant Star - S2-E10
Factual error: After Super Skrull falls off the top of the Empire State Building, the slap of asphalt that the Fantastic Four were trapped on tips over, resulting in it and the heroes to fall to the ground as well. Reed uses his stretching powers to catch Super Skrull and then transform his body into a parachute in order to safely land, and Johnny uses his flight powers to hold onto Sue and Thing and slowly descend to the ground. Despite all this, the slab of asphalt doesn't crash to the ground until after everyone has landed safely, when it should have hit the ground long before they all landed. (00:11:57)

Behold, a Distant Star - S2-E10
Stupidity: When Johnny finds out his father is alive and wanted for murder, he is livid with his sister for telling him neither fact. When Sue decides to tell him the whole story, she asks Reed to pull a photo album from the drawer next to him, which contains a newspaper clipping detailing that their father was wanted for murder. If Sue didn't want Johnny to know about that, she shouldn't have placed the clipping in a photo album, and then kept the photo album in a communal area where Johnny could have easily discovered it at any time. To Battle the Living Planet - S2-E6
Other mistake: This series is in the same continuity as the other Marvel animated series that aired around the same time - X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk - by virtue of each aforementioned show crossing over with at least one of the others. However, early in this episode, the Fantastic Four receive help from the Avengers, and two of their members are Iron Man and She-Hulk. Iron Man is not a member of the Avengers in this universe, he is a member of Force Works. She-Hulk is not a member of the Avengers either. She is an attorney and is also frequently off doing missions with Bruce Banner/Hulk. (00:01:52)

Trivia: When Reed is exploring Frankie's memories of when she snuck into her stepfather's lab as a child, he discovers that her stepfather was working on an android Human Torch for the military. Plot hole: When Frankie tries to get Johnny to chase her out into space, he tells her he can't follow and warns her to turn back due to the thin atmosphere not being able to keep their flame powers active, and indeed her flames die out, and she begins falling back to Earth. However, several minutes later in the episode, both of them are just outside of the Earth when Terrax arrives, and again at the end after she becomes the new herald of Galactus, Johnny follows her into space well beyond Earth before his flames die out. Prey of the Black Panther - S2-E7
Trivia: After the Fantastic Four have battled Black Panther, there is a panning shot in the village, and you see a young man in the foreground wearing a red headband. This is Mjnari, who is the godson of X-Men member Storm, and appeared in the X-Men episode "Whatever It Takes." Additionally, the woman standing next to Mjnari bears a strong resemblance to the younger version of Storm that was shown in the flashback of the aforementioned episode. On a related note, Storm and Black Panther have been married in the comics. (00:12:25)
