Deliberate mistake: When the Sentinel is first walking through the mall, its footsteps are so heavy that it shakes the building. When it is shown walking past the shop Gambit is in, there is no shaking of the building, presumably done so Gambit wouldn't notice it.(00:04:08)
Deliberate mistake: When Tony Stark is looking through security footage in the flashback, the footage is all clips from previous episodes for which he couldn't possibly have surveillance footage of, including but not limited to shots of him and/or his teammates in a snowy mountain range, inside a volcano, on the ocean floor, and a random section of the Pacific Coast Highway.
Deliberate mistake: After Thing destroys the mirrors, the shot of him, Reed and Johnny traveling through the corridor is recycled footage of the corridor they traveled through to get to the hall of mirrors in the first place.(00:19:08 - 00:19:49)
Deliberate mistake: When Mandarin is watching and wondering why Julia is tailing Clint, the road surface and cliff walls around Julia's car are recycled repeatedly.(00:10:55)
Deliberate mistake: When the Thing is doused with the chemical that reverts him back to human form, he somehow also is suddenly wearing a T-shirt, jeans with a belt, and shoes, which is illogical since the Thing wears a speedo with no shirt and is barefoot.(00:05:35)
Deliberate mistake: When Rachel is choking and writes down "I'm choking to death" on the paper on the counter so Jack will help her, you can see she is just scribbling the pen across the paper and not actually writing anything.(00:06:36)
Deliberate mistake: Throughout the first part of the movie, Tarzan and all the other animals are speaking to each other in English. After Tarzan meets Jane, he has trouble communicating with her and later shows her that he communicates with the gorillas using grunts. This means that the earlier communication between Tarzan and the animals was done for the benefit of the audience. However, with this being the case, Tarzan shouldn't have been able to tell Jane his name, since the gorillas communicate with him in grunts, they would have had no way of vocalizing a name for him that could translate into a human language. At least not until Tarzan and another human could agree on what his name should translate to.
Deliberate mistake: When She-Hulk walks up to the bar, she asks the bartender for a cream soda with a mint twist, which the bartender gives her immediately, with no time to pour the drink.
Deliberate mistake: Luanne gets pregnant at the end of season 10 and gives birth in this episode. However, despite the passing of several months being implied through various storylines in the interim, she does not have a pregnant belly until this episode. The rest of the time her stomach was as flat as it usually is.
Deliberate mistake: Chet comes home from his first day as school janitor brandishing a paycheck, which impresses his wife and in turn changes Shawn's mind about Chet working at the school. Being that it was Chet's first day on the job, there's no way he would already have received a paycheck. Even if it was payday, his employment would have begun on the first day of the next pay period.
Deliberate mistake: When Bruce Banner is crawling away from the town that Hulk attacked, he passes out in the snow and is rescued by Sasquatch/Walter Langkowski. When he awakens in Langkowski's lab, he is wearing his usual outfit. Since he was only wearing tattered pants when he passed out, that means his clothes were given to him by Langkowski, which is extremely unlikely since the two hadn't seen each other in a long time and Langkowski didn't even know Bruce was looking for him.
Deliberate mistake: When Alan is trying to rush Amy out of the door, she yells from upstairs that she's still shaving her legs. A mere 20 seconds later, she comes downstairs wearing a dress and nylons. Even if she was for some reason shaving her legs while wearing a cocktail dress, that still wouldn't be enough time for her to clean off her legs, put nylons on and then walk downstairs.
Deliberate mistake: As usual when the Hulk reverts back into Bruce Banner, he is left wearing nothing but tattered pants. When Mitch McCutcheon sneaks Bruce Banner into the nuclear research facility, Banner is shown wearing his usual outfit of a gray collared shirt tucked into purple slacks that are intact. Given that the Hulk was just in the middle of the Nevada desert, Bruce Banner would be in no position to have a change of clothes on him, and the idea that the top secret facility would have an exact match of his go-to outfit is ludicrous.
Deliberate mistake: When Cory calls Topanga from Missy's phone, he starts having a conversation with her as soon as he finishes dialing her number, with no time for the lines to connect.
Deliberate mistake: Morgan turns on the stereo and starts dancing on the sofa with her doll. She then tosses her doll, which tips over a plant and breaks the glass on a set of French doors. The stereo magically stops the moment the glass breaks.
Deliberate mistake: Lily was an infant for all of season 5, but beginning with this season, she is around 5 years old. The show didn't jump forward in time, because JT states in a season 5 episode that he is 19, and in the episode this season where he and Rich go to Mexico, he states that he is almost 20, as well as Al and Mark are both still in high school.
Suggested correction:Not technically a mistake; unlike regular twins, conjoined twins are always identical in appearance, contrary to what movies/TV suggest. This could easily include mole patterns.
I looked up "conjoined twins" on Google images, and there are numerous photos of conjoined twins having freckles and moles in different spots. Notably on the Hensel twins, Brittany has a mole on her chin, but Abby does not. This disproves your suggestion that conjoined twins are always identical in appearance and could have identical mole patterns.
