Continuity mistake: As Doc is driving out of town near the end, he stops to help Mary, who is having a difficult birth inside the family station wagon. Doc backs up and parks his car, the front-end is partially across road. While he assists with the birth, a large truck is fast-approaching, only Doc's car is now sitting all the way across the road when it gets hit.

Continuity mistake: At the cemetery, as Frank grabs Ray the ghost to pull him from his grave, the grave diggers are seen shoveling dirt into the half-filled hole. A few seconds later, Frank yanks Ray out and the grave is now completely filled and the grave diggers are gone.

Continuity mistake: Directly outside Scotty's living room window is an uninterrupted view of Coit Tower and Telegraph Hill. However, when the apartment is seen from the outside, there is a building across from where the window would be and Coit Tower is much further to the right.

Continuity mistake: Monica chooses a wedding dress at an expensive boutique, then later goes to a discount store to buy the same style dress at a half-off sale. The dress she buys is different from the one in the boutique, having wider and frillier straps. When she tries it on later at the apartment, it is now the same style as the one at the boutique. Continuity mistake: In the opening aerial shot of the playground, the landscape surrounding it is flat, devoid of any shrubbery, and there are no buildings or streets nearby. Continuity mistake: When a depressed Roseanne emerges from her bedroom after Dan has left her, she tells Nancy and Leon that she wants to turn over her and Jackie's shares of the restaurant to them. She says she wants Nancy and Leon to experience the same sense of accomplishment that she and Jackie felt when they first opened the business. However, Roseanne seems to have forgotten that it was Nancy, along with her, Jackie, and Bev, who started the restaurant.

Continuity mistake: When Rock is meeting the crooks to receive/pass stolen goods, the van's backdoor opens and guys jump out. A few seconds later, the van door opens again and the same guys jump out.

Continuity mistake: When Harry returns from the cemetery, there's a shot of him lying over Cedric's body. When Dumbledore reaches out to put his hands on Harry's face, Harry's left shoulder is higher while he rests his weight on his right arm. The scene cuts to a rear view, and his right shoulder is now higher. When it cuts back to a front view, his left shoulder is once again in the higher position.

Continuity mistake: Roseanne and Darlene are sitting on the sofa discussing Darlene getting back together with David. The cuff on the sleeve of Darlene's sweater is partially turned down, and in the next shot it's neatly turned up.

Continuity mistake: The second time Harry conjures the patronus charm to save Sirius and the other Harry from the dementors, Hermione is standing next to the tree behind him. The first time he uses it, his silhouette can be seen from the other Harry's point-of-view from across the lake, but Hermione isn't next to the same tree, even though the spot she was standing in is visible.
