Continuity mistake: During the big swordfight with Ravenhurst at the end, Hawkins gets cornered by a row of candles. To show off, Ravenhurst slices through a candle near himself. Hawkins slices through the row to one-up him, and at first appears not to have cut them. Ravenhurst laughs, and then Hawkins blows at the candles, and they all fall apart, the cut bases angling downwards away from Hawkins. There's a shot of Ravenhurst being insulted, but then watch the candles in the next shot of Hawkins - the angled bases of the candles are all now *facing* him. A few of the cut-off pieces also reappear on the tabletop.
Continuity mistake: When Pacino is talking to Rolando, he has a bottle of beer in his hand. The bottle hops all over the place in the scene. One minute it's in his hand, then on the table, then he's taking a sip from it...without Al Pacino moving.(00:16:25)
Continuity mistake: When Julia is explaining the conspiracy to Rick in the stairwell, the position of Rick's hands in front of his face change between shots.(01:03:25)

Continuity mistake: When Mike Nelson asks Donna for help in dealing with Nadine, Donna's right hand is inside her locker, looking for something. It then mysteriously jumps to the top of the stack of books she has in her other hand.(00:12:45)

Continuity mistake: When Nick asks Dr. Ray what he's doing out on the Strip instead of at their crime scene, and Ray shows him the photograph of Madeline Briggs, his hand moves from the top of the photo to the bottom in consecutive shots.(00:03:20)
Continuity mistake: When Horatio notices the Band-Aid on Nathan Cole's finger, and Dr. Ray asks if they can get a warrant, Horatio's position changes between shots from facing Ray directly then has rotated position about 90° and is looking at Ray over his shoulder.(00:29:35)
Continuity mistake: When Hodges shows Dr. Ray and Nick the information from Dede Chase's cell phone, Ray's arms change position between shots from the tabletop in front of him to crossed across his chest.(00:08:55)
Continuity mistake: When Eric and Natalia determine that their murder weapon is the top from one of the limo's alcohol bottles, the angle of the top in Delko's hands changes between shots, without him actually moving.(00:07:30)

Stein, The Day My Butt Went Psycho by Andy Griffiths, four books from Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, and the British covered edition of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.
