Revealing mistake: In all the nighttime scenes in the woods where the moon is shown, you can see the clear edges of the matte they used to show the moon. The color of the entire woods set is almost black except for the navy blue "rectangle" around the moon. (00:22:40)

Continuity mistake: While Stewie and Olivia are performing, Olivia is wearing a light purple dress. After the performance, when Stewie and Olivia are sitting on the piano talking to their teacher, Olivia's dress and hair bow changes from purple to blue in between shots. She is also wearing dark red lipstick instead of none at all.

Continuity mistake: When Alex is informed that he's being transferred to the Ludovico center, the governor's arms jump from his lap to under his chin, then back to his lap. (01:06:00)

Continuity mistake: When David and Maddie are debating whether or not to help Lawrence Everett, the towel David uses to wipe shaving cream off his face jumps around during the scene. It's around his neck, then in his hands, then on his shoulder, and back in his hands, etc. (00:15:40)

Continuity mistake: Episode 8x21, "Dead Reflection": When Tony and Ziva are staking out PO Donner's house, Tony's grip on the hot dog in his hand changes between shots. (00:11:40)

Revealing mistake: During the "Outfox the Fox" number when Hawkins "cuts" the copies of himself in half, the copies are obviously all grown men, which then obviously become little people standing on each others' shoulders; it's easy to tell where the cloak hems of the little people on top end. Continuity mistake: When King Roderick's men ask Hawkins and Maid Jean if they've seen the Black Fox's men in the forest, Hawkins has his hat in both hands in front of him. When the shot cuts, he now has one hand, gripping the hat, wrapped around Jean, and the other down by his side. Jean's hand also jumps from Hawkins' wrist to his chest between the two shots.
