The Fangs of Freedom - S1-E5

Plot hole: When the bandits attack the pioneer's wagons they are chased on horseback by the Captain, Jack and others for quite a distance until Ennis is killed in the confrontation with one of the bandits. In the following scenes Elsa is mourning over his body but her mother and others from the wagon train stroll up and the wagons are in the background-all this after a fairly long chase.

Fostered - S4-E10

Continuity mistake: The chase scene toward the end of the episode is a mess. Toward the end of the episode, Scola runs through a door twice while chasing the suspect and, just a few scenes later, Tiff, while chasing another suspect approaches another door twice before she enters.

Keep the Wolves Close - S4-E7

Continuity mistake: In the previous episode Dutton fired all the woman cowboys and kicked all women from the bunkhouse. Early in this episode Teeter is visible working as they round up cattle on the ranch. Yet a few minutes later she comes to John and Rip begging for her job back.

Fire and Rain - S4-E8

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the show Scola and the brother of the principle terrorist emerge from the building containing the now disabled bomb. The brother and Scola exchange a few words and the brother walks away. After a very quick camera change the next shot shows the brother far away from Scola, much too far for him to have walked given the shortcut away.

Phantom Pain - S4-E2

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the episode Rip and young Carter come home for dinner. The boy sits down at the end of the table and Beth hands him his food. In the next shot and from then on a large glass of orange juice magically appears before him.

Hate is Hate - S12-E1

Continuity mistake: Jenko and Witten confront a guy creating a commotion in a market. The felon runs past them out to the sidewalk where, somehow, the two cops are waiting and grab him.

In the Waiting Room of Estranged Spouses - S2-E6

Character mistake: The former Marine, Spenser, refers to himself as a soldier. A Marine would never do that.

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the film Ruby says goodbye to her family and gets in the car to head to college. The car pulls away from her home and drives for about 5 seconds when Ruby yells "stop the car". She exits the car which is positioned nearly exactly where it was when they started on the families' property.

First Responders - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Sgt. Brown exits Sgt. Blaine's car near the end of the episode as they return from their mission, he is clean-shaven. He enters his home and goes to the refrigerator for a drink with several days of stubble on his face.

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the film, Hannah, who has had her face pummelled by one of the villains emerges from the creek having escaped the fire with only minor bruising on her face and a cut on the bridge of her nose. Immediately after that, they are rescued but her face is now deeply cut, both eyes are blackened and there is a deep gash on her cheek.

Continuity mistake: Nick drags Nathan out from the silo where they are hiding twice.

Continuity mistake: Max is wearing a suit jacket while he is beating a young woman. He throws her against a dresser and then when he goes to pick her up he is in shirtsleeves.

Plot hole: Although Parker is seeking his revenge on the gang holed up in Palm Beach, he is staying in Boca Raton at the Boca Hotel and Beach Club and hires a real estate agent in Boca to look at properties and scout Palm Beach. Boca and Palm Beach. Boca is about 30 miles from Palm Beach and real estate agents in Boca would have little to no knowledge of real estate there.

Continuity mistake: When Casey is in Molly's bar, Stella places a beer down in front of him. The level and amount of foam changes several times throughout the scene before Casey brings the glass to his lips.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode when a gunman enters the precinct house and starts shooting, Sammy dives for cover and begins looking for his gun in his duffle bag - twice.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scenes Adams is in bed with her patrolman boyfriend. She is on his left and says we need to talk. In the next camera angle Adams is now on the boyfriend's right side.

Continuity mistake: Throughout the series, the Barbers pull their cars straight up their driveway. But the cars are nearly always shown coming back down the driveway driving forward.

Continuity mistake: Adams and Ochoa are in a factory trying to find the shooter with a machine gun. Adams is significantly ahead of Ochoa in the stairwell, yet, when they enter the floor Ochoa is in the lead.
