Continuity mistake: Deacon and Chris chase and locate their target who is hiding under a desk wearing a jacket over his shirt. The jacket is tight around him yet when Deacon shoots him with the taser, the jacket has opened fully, exposing his entire shoulder where he is hit by the taser.

Continuity mistake: The entire fire house is in the hospital waiting room for word on Otis. Chief Boden sits down twice next to Casey.

Continuity mistake: Kelsey stands up to leave the bar with her phone in her hand. After she leaves, her phone is on the table in front of her now empty chair. Next scene she is in her hotel room using her phone.

Continuity mistake: Very early in the episode Aura Lee is hitchhiking while carrying a large suitcase. She runs to the car driven by Robert Webber and stands outside the car with the suitcase in hand, which disappears as she enters the car.

Outrage - S6-E12

Continuity mistake: Dawson and Atwater are tracking a suspect at a bus station locker. The suspect takes the bag from the locker and they take off after him. They pass the same bank of lockers twice.

Continuity mistake: When Sam and Mick are on the mountain, they meet Dr. Zapata who emerges from behind a bush with a twig in his hair above his forehead. In the next cut the twig has moved to the top of his head, and in the next it is gone.

Descent - S6-E9

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the show Voight and Ruzek are in their car chasing the suspect who is running. Sgt. Voight gets out of the vehicle first and is chasing the suspect toward the stairs only a few yards away. When they get to the stairs Ruzek is in the lead.

Continuity mistake: When Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye enter the club car on the train when heading to Vermont, Bing Crosby puts his suitcase on the floor next to the booth in which they are seating. In fact, Bing places his hat on the bag. The ladies enter the car, join them for a talk (and a song) but when the group gets up to leave the bag is missing.

By Any Means: Part 4 - S6-E13

Continuity mistake: When Buzz and Provenza race out of the squad room to follow Rusty in the frantic search for Stroh, Buzz is in shirt sleeves with no tie. However when they arrive at their destination Buzz is wearing a coat and tie.

Continuity mistake: Christian is wearing a blue polo shirt, standing outside the luxury van in which Letty and Javier are being held captive. When he gets in the van, from that point on he is wearing a tan jacket over his shirt.

Continuity mistake: Agent Wells spots Lozano leaving the Pentagon and begins a high speed chase. During that chase Lozano is alternately wearing and not wearing his seat belt. In addition, Lozano's car is only damaged in the close-up scenes; whenever the car is shown from a distance, it is completely undamaged, even after Wells has rammed him repeatedly.

Continuity mistake: Early in the episode Divya is helping the repo man with the antique airplane on the grass just off the beach at a private home. The homeowner appears and the repo man starts to take off, and magically a long runway appears out of nowhere.

AKA Take a Bloody Number - S1-E12

Continuity mistake: Late in the episode Luke tosses two police officers onto the hood of their cruiser and they wind up lifeless on the ground near the front of the car. In one of the following wide angle scenes during the fight between Luke and Jessica the bodies have disappeared. They reappear in another shot showing the front of the car.

Continuity mistake: Near The End of the episode Frank Reagan pulls up to the house of the woman who has been scamming New Yorkers with the fake 911 charity. Immediately before he arrives she is putting suitcases in the trunk of her car. As he pulls up the suitcases in the trunk are different.

Continuity mistake: The Allied soldiers attack the German Scout car and either kill or wound at least three of the the four occupants (three who exit the vehicle and the machine gunner who remained inside) it is unclear if the fourth was wounded. Yet afterward Sgt. Gunn interrogates two unscathed Germans.

Continuity mistake: Early in the episode Sherlock and Dr. Watson enter a cab in daylight for a ride to the crime scene in Brixton, which is a part of greater London. It is night when they arrive.

Shalwar Kameez - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: Quinn is clean shaven when sitting by the pool with his girlfriend. The action shifts to Carrie in Pakistan and then back to DC where Dar confronts Quinn in the motel. Quinn now has a mustache and a bit of goatee, which he has for the balance of the episode. While the precise timeline is unclear, everything is fast paced and it seems that virtually no time has elapsed, certainly not enough time for Quinn to have grown a mustache.
