Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the episode Burgess begins to board the bus looking for the murderer. As she boards she is greeted by the bus driver who is sitting behind the wheel but as she begins to walk down the aisle the driver's seat is empty.

Continuity mistake: James comes home from meeting his new boss with a $50k check which he wakes his sleeping wife to show. She turns toward him with their faces nearly touching and in the next cut she is on her side with her back to him.

Love Is Blind - S5-E2

Continuity mistake: Early in the episode in the aftermath of the shooting in the pawn shop in which the two glass doors have been shattered and all glass has fallen, there are scenes with large sections of broken glass in the doors.

Continuity mistake: Sgt. Cole emerges from the rubble in the opening scene of this episode with his rifle securely fastened to his web belt around his waist, but he was last seen at the end of the previous episode being attacked by the alien ship while firing his rifle at it.

Continuity mistake: Jamie runs to a car which has crashed and has a light pole across its roof. The light pole disappears in the closeups as Jamie struggles to free the driver.

Invisible Man - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: Jack McKinney is lying in his hospital bed wearing his glasses when he is practising tying his shoe laces. He flings the shoe in disgust, at which time Jerry Buss walks in and hands the shoe to McKinney, whose glasses are now on the table.

Continuity mistake: The police van with Matrix inside pulls away from Cindy and drives for about 30 seconds including the fact that Cindy fired two rockets at it, and, yet, when it stops it is still much too close to where they began and this is even after someone misfired a rocket at them. Continuity mistake: Matrix slams the caterpillar into the gun shop through the metal gates and continues for several seconds, it appears that the metal gates are knocked down a few times. Also, the caterpillar winds up very close to the window even after Matrix drives it for several seconds once inside. (00:51:50)

Continuity mistake: Early in the film when Jake gets in his car to head off to pick up his son, his seatbelt is on although there is no sight of him putting it on, then, as he pulls away the seatbelt is off.

Continuity mistake: The chase scene toward the end of the episode is a mess. Toward the end of the episode, Scola runs through a door twice while chasing the suspect and, just a few scenes later, Tiff, while chasing another suspect approaches another door twice before she enters.

Continuity mistake: In the previous episode Dutton fired all the woman cowboys and kicked all women from the bunkhouse. Early in this episode Teeter is visible working as they round up cattle on the ranch. Yet a few minutes later she comes to John and Rip begging for her job back.

Fire and Rain - S4-E8

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the show Scola and the brother of the principle terrorist emerge from the building containing the now disabled bomb. The brother and Scola exchange a few words and the brother walks away. After a very quick camera change the next shot shows the brother far away from Scola, much too far for him to have walked given the shortcut away.

Phantom Pain - S4-E2

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the episode Rip and young Carter come home for dinner. The boy sits down at the end of the table and Beth hands him his food. In the next shot and from then on a large glass of orange juice magically appears before him.

Hate is Hate - S12-E1

Continuity mistake: Jenko and Witten confront a guy creating a commotion in a market. The felon runs past them out to the sidewalk where, somehow, the two cops are waiting and grab him.

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the film Ruby says goodbye to her family and gets in the car to head to college. The car pulls away from her home and drives for about 5 seconds when Ruby yells "stop the car". She exits the car which is positioned nearly exactly where it was when they started on the families' property.

Continuity mistake: When Sgt. Brown exits Sgt. Blaine's car near the end of the episode as they return from their mission, he is clean-shaven. He enters his home and goes to the refrigerator for a drink with several days of stubble on his face.
