Character mistake: Mob Rules: Marge is reading a newspaper regarding senators trying to push Mayor Quimby to ban Grand Theft Scratchy. She looks at the bottom of the page and discovers Quimby is cosying up to a sleazy video game producer; she disapproves of this, but she appears to be smiling when saying "That really burns my beehive" despite there being no reason for her to do so.
Other mistake: Bargain Bin: Homer pushes Bart away from the computer so that he can play solitaire. He presses a button to open the DVD player, but the button is never shown pushing downwards. It remains in a fixed position when he presses it.
Other mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: After the level has been completed and the village is made clean again, Milhouse begins to shrink back down from his Mr Dirt form to his human form. In the shot of him beginning to shrink, after his royal gear fades away, his eyebrows are temporarily missing.
Revealing mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Mr Sparkle is telling Homer and Lisa that he must return to his corporation, in the shot of him saying "Cel soy kills the hunger demon", Lisa can be seen positioned on top of one of the coin slots without falling into it, revealing an animation error where it appears she is hovering above it.
Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Lisa asks Mr Sparkle how he would describe the evil CEO's attitude, Lisa's head is level with Homer's wrist. When the shot cuts to focus on Mr Sparkle, her head is almost level with Homer's shoulder.
Revealing mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Mr Sparkle says "Most disrespectful", part of Lisa's hair can be seen passing over Homer's arm. The edge of her hair has been cut off to make it appear as if it has been obscured by Homer's arm, but since the hair can be seen passing over Homer's arm, then this is an animation mistake.
Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: In the opening cutscene, when Milhouse says "But I'm so huge", his shadow can be seen cast over the ground in front of him. This shadow cannot be seen in any other shot of the cutscene.
Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When the aliens have the security guard beamed up to their ship, they are shown standing on a lighted area. They continue to stand in the same area without moving, but when Cletus confronts them a few seconds later, they are suddenly standing on a shadowed area.
Revealing mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: An alien takes the coupons that Cletus is holding. After looking at them, the alien throws each of the coupons to the ground, one by one. The same animation is reused for each of the coupons falling, as shown by the fact that all of them appear to fall to the ground in the exact same fashion.
Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When Cletus confronts the aliens, the blue building on his right changes appearance between shots.
Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When the aliens lower a blue beam to take security guard up to the ship, in the shot of the beam being lowered, one alien can be seen standing next to the guard and another standing several meters away. In the next shot, the second alien is standing right next to the security guard.
Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: In the establishing shot of the opening cutscene, to the right of shot, three bush plants can be seen in between the mall and the blue building next to it. A couple of seconds later, there is only one bush plant.
Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When Homer and Bart are watching the citizens get sucked up, additional cracks on the ground in front of them suddenly appear in between shots.
Continuity mistake: Level 2 "Bartman Begins" cutscene: When the game instruction manual appears in front of Bart, with Homer on the front cover and a blue back cover, the manual's spine is at the left and it opens at the right, but when Bartman explains to Homer that he's now a superhero with awesome powers, the manual's spine is now at the right and it opens at the left.
Continuity mistake: Level 2 "Bartman Begins" cutscene: After Marge confiscates Bart's video game, when Bart complains about "nothing to play" we see the corner of the museum across the street and there are no crosswalk lines, nor is there a fire hydrant, but when Bart starts reading the game instruction manual there's a red fire hydrant at the corner as well as white crosswalk lines, then when Homer appears they vanish again.
Continuity mistake: Level 2 "Bartman Begins" cutscene: After Skinner's confession, when Wiggum arrives at the museum with Eddie and Lou, note Wiggum's red tie clip changes to grey then back to red, at least three times.
Continuity mistake: Level 4 "Lisa the Tree Hugger" cutscene: When Bart and Lisa are at the front gate of Auntie Nature, note the direction of the blade points on the doors are going clockwise, but in a few closeups the blade points are going anti-clockwise.
Continuity mistake: Level 4 "Lisa the Tree Hugger" cutscene: When Mr. Burns tells Smithers about his plan to cut down Springfield's forests, in the first overhead shot we see books and a telephone directly beside the desk pad, but when Smithers tells Burns it's a great idea that area of the desk is empty.
Continuity mistake: Level 5 "Mob Rules" cutscene: When Lisa shouts that they're being invaded Marge is wearing the baby carrier with Maggie, but in the exterior shot of the entire house Marge is not wearing the baby carrier, note the two shoulder straps and waist strap are gone, then Marge is babywearing again in following shots. Also note that when Bart tells them about their "super responsibilities" the doorbell has vanished.
Continuity mistake: Level 5 "Mob Rules" cutscene: There's an exterior shot of the Simpson house and their neighbor's house right before Homer tells his family that it was greatest day of his life. After Bart tells his family they should "go kick some alien butts," there's another shot of the houses, and the Simpson house is missing its antenna, mailbox, etc., and the style of the neighbor's house has changed, note its windows and roof.
