Continuity mistake: Before the opening fight scene, we can see the guards running towards the entrance past a row of Hummer H2's. But after Alice blows the second group away and takes out those cars, they all of a sudden change to H1's. Also it can't be one from the opposite end, because those have a pick-up truck rear end, and the one lying on its side has a slanted back end. (00:07:15)

Continuity mistake: During the initial fight scene, the clone who survives the Needle Dive is later on shot by Wesker, upon which she drops two grenades. Where did she pull those grenades from? Right before she jumps out of the window, you can see that there are no grenades dangling from a belt, and there isn't much room to hide something like that in a skintight catsuit. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: Right after Alice lands on top of the prison, she makes three skid-marks on the roof: one with each wheel. These are seen best in the shots which show the front of the plane. But in the overhead shots, the skid-marks are gone. This can be best seen in the shot where Luther grabs hold of the tail wing. (00:32:50)

Continuity mistake: In the shower scene the shower is turned off but you can still hear it running. Then it switches back on. You can see it off and on during same scene but the sound is always running. (00:50:00)

Suggested correction: There are numerous times that the shower is running. When you can hear water but not see it, you're looking at a different shower pole, or it's because the grey shower pole behind the stream makes it hard to see. Look at the ground and you can see the water's impact.

Continuity mistake: When Bennett shoots Angel, the blood covers Kim's right shoulder. We then get a shot of Bennett, and when the camera cuts back to Kim, some of the blood has already dried up, in less then a second. (00:56:40)

Friso94

Continuity mistake: During the scene where Bennett takes off in the plane, the concrete edge suddenly disappears. He hadn't already taken off, because he makes a huge dive directly after leaving the roof, and even if he did use it as a ramp, then it makes no sense why Alice did smash through the edge.
