Trivia: The two old men near the end, talking about it being "old school" are voiced by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston, two Walt Disney animators who worked on such classics as Bambi and Cinderella.
Continuity mistake: When Lucius is putting aftershave on in front of the mirror, he hears the robot outside and runs to the window, leaving the bottle of aftershave on the desk with the lid off. He returns to open the drawer, and the lid is back on. (01:29:00)
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Incredible lands on the island, he gets stuck in his capsule, eventually smashing it to get out. He starts stretching, bending backwards. The angle lowers to show that Mr. Incredible's suit is now a two-piece, revealing his fat stomach. During the rest of the movie, the suit is a one-piece, so this wouldn't be possible. (00:35:15)
Continuity mistake: After the dinner table scene, Bob leaves to go out with Frozone. Then Helen turns to talk to Dash. In the first shot, on Dash's plate all the brocoli pieces sit around the steak. Then the shot changes, a brocoli piece is suddenly sitting atop the piece of steak. (00:19:20 - 00:20:15)
Trivia: When the tour bus robber empties the purse, one of the items on the ground is a Mr. Incredible pez dispenser. (00:04:35)
Continuity mistake: The "Denied" word stamped by Mr. Incredible on the paper moves from the center of the sheet to the top, close to the logo.
Trivia: In the "Jack-Jack Attack" special DVD feature, look closely at the aftermath of Jack-Jack's transformations when the chairs are turned over and burnt. In one of the shots is the rubber ball from Luxo Jr.
Continuity mistake: When Helen and Edna go into her lab and sit down at the "viewing" table, E sets the pitcher down on her side of the table. A couple of shots later the pitcher is on Helen's side of the table. Also, when the table moved back really fast, the items on the table would become misplaced, but they remained stationary. (00:55:05)
Other mistake: Near the end of the film when Jack-Jack is manifesting various abilities, his first display is of the human-torch-type of superpower. This would have burned away all of his clothing, yet (for obvious reasons) his diaper remains intact. This is particularly apparent as designer Edna Mode's costume for Jack-Jack was earlier shown as fire-resistant, but he was not dressed in his outfit during this scene. (01:44:15)
Suggested correction: This is definitely intentional, not an error. We see Jack-Jack use his fire powers without burning his diaper in Incredibles 2. Having fire powers without burning clothes is just a retcon.
Continuity mistake: When the Parrs are having dinner and when Frozone stops by Dash spits water and Frozone freezes it. In the shot after he catches the ice, the ice disappears.
Continuity mistake: When Bob is in his cubicle before Mr. Huff shows, the pencil holder is on the left side of the desk, next to the computer. When Bob jumps up, but before the pencil holder's knocked down, it's in the middle of the desk. Then when he picks it up it's closer to the phone, but still in the middle of the desk. As Mr. Huff turns to leave, it's still there. But when the camera cuts to an overhead shot, the pencil holder's jumped to the opposite side of the phone, perched on the edge of the desk, where it falls to the floor. (00:13:15)
Continuity mistake: In the dinner table scene, when the family "cleans up" in order to answer the door, Dash's hair is all frizzled and standing up from running around and fighting with Violet. When Lucius shows up, Dash spits some water into the air for Lucius to freeze. Dash then says, "Aww, I like it when it shatters." In that one quick cut, Dash's hair is all neat, almost no hairs frizzled. In all subsequent shots of Dash, his hair's all frizzled again.
Continuity mistake: When Helen is going to place the supersuits in her luggage, there is a few centimeters between the one that she grabs and the others but they are much closer in the next shot. (01:03:55)
Trivia: When Mr. Incredible grabs robot's mechanical arm in order to make it pierce through its "body" towards the end of the movie, a car very similar to Doc - the supporting character of Pixar's Cars - can be seen in a fast shot in the background on the left.
Continuity mistake: In the scene with Dash and Elastigirl in the principal's office, Dash's shirt keeps changing between shots. First it has a strange "X"-shaped fold on it, then it changes to relatively smooth, then BACK to the "X", and so on.
Suggested correction: Dash was only bending over and in the next shot he is sitting straight so he unwrinkled his shirt without noticing.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Incredible and Mirage are having dinner next to the wall of fire, the long shot shows them at opposite ends of a very long table. All of the following close up shots of Mirage, shown over Mr. Incredible's shoulder, show them as being much closer together, at a much smaller table. (00:40:50)
