Continuity mistake: When Larry pulls the trigger on himself, his gun falls out of his hand. However in the next shot the gun is back in his hand. (01:07:45)
Continuity mistake: When Larry commits suicide his hand falls and comes to a rest on the grass. When the camera changes his hand is now on the kerb stones. (01:07:50)
Other mistake: When Emil gets out of the car before seeing Larry is dead, he is shown in the front of the car on the right hand side of the car. But the car is a left hand drive as shown when he gets back in. Who was driving? (01:08:20)
Suggested correction: You see him sitting on the right hand side the whole time, even when he first gets in and Larry says "new plan." He's reaching over with his left hand to steer as the car moves slowly through the streets. There's even a straight on shot around 1:03:15 and it's not a flipped shot since the license plate is normal. It could just be moving on its own momentum while in drive, or he's reached over with his foot, or both sides have pedals (like on a driver's ed car).
Visible crew/equipment: When the cop gets out of the car to take the homeless man's trolley, a boom mic is reflected in the window. (01:08:50)
Continuity mistake: When Emil commanders the pickup truck the driver leaves the door open. When Emil gets out his car, the door is closed. (01:09:30)
Continuity mistake: Emil sticks his head into the pickup truck to inspect it. However the damage that is to the windscreen inside the truck differs to the damage on the outside. (01:09:40)
Continuity mistake: The truck driver flips two kills switches in his truck before running off. However when Emil tries to start the truck the switches are back in the on position. (01:10:10)
Continuity mistake: When Emil is captured at the end, between overhead shots his arm goes from tucked under him to out by his side. (01:13:15)
Continuity mistake: When Swat arrests Emil, the one officer has his foot on Emil's back. Camera changes to a higher overhead shot and his foot has gone from Emil's back. (01:13:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When Henry is being loaded into the ambulance, and his partner walks over to him, a red marker is visible on the floor where she stops. (01:14:45)
Visible crew/equipment: When we see the dog walker getting loaded into the ambulance, there are green and red T markers visible on the floor. (01:15:30)
Audio problem: When the cops get into the gun shop to buy some weapons you see a police officer on the left loading a M4 (or checking something) but you never hear the sound of this action.
