Continuity mistake: After Santa marries Carol and kisses her, he puts his right hand on Charlie's arm. In the next shot, Santa's arm is down.
Continuity mistake: When Toy Santa sits at the desk, objects on the desk change around between shots. Most noticeably, the reading glasses (which he picks up for a moment and sets them down) are at an angle, then turned so the lenses face the camera.

Buzz Lightyear (voiced by Tim Allen) in the movie Toy Story said the same thing to Woody.

Answer: By "pre-El Niño", she meant what to a mortal woman would be pre-menstrual. El Niño is "an oscillation of the ocean-atmosphere system in the tropical Pacific having important consequences for weather around the globe. Among these consequences are increased rainfall across the southern tier of the US and in Peru, which has caused destructive flooding, and drought in the West Pacific, sometimes associated with devastating brush fires in Australia."
