Continuity mistake: Before going outside with Alex to meet the crowd, the knot in Henry's tie has one diagonal white (or light-coloured) stripe showing, which is near the centre. Continuity mistake: [Story 4: The Good Word] The bar of soap is propped against the side of the washbasin, and Mr. Taggart is drying his hands with a towel above the basin. Continuity mistake: Lenny is holding his drink in his right hand, but his glassless hand comes down along the right side of the screen with him rubbing his fingers together, then he is shown holding the glass again. (01:01:10)

Continuity mistake: After Christmas gets the file from the safe on the table, the safe door closes. He then steps a little away from the safe while looking at the file and having a conversation with Gina; the next shot of the safe had the door completely open.
Continuity mistake: Alberto and Alan are walking along a flat road between rows of houses. Alan looks up the road to see where his father "disappears to" and the road ahead is composed of arches along an upgrade. Alan continues running, but not very far, and suddenly there are grades in front and back of him, but the road is flat in the distant (somewhat aerial) view. After Alan runs a little further, the road behind him is arched again. The topography changes too fast and frequently. (00:06:00 - 00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: Jake places a coffee cup onto the table. Amber puts her right hand on the handle and starts to slide the cup towards her body. Amber suddenly holds the cup above her chest with both hands, but doesn't have enough time to raise the cup and place her other hand around it. (00:34:20)
Continuity mistake: When Coriolanus and Sejanus are eating lunch at the Academy, Coriolanus' sandwiches switch positions several times, stacking and unstacking, and turning several times.
Continuity mistake: At the start, when Dog takes his food out of the microwave, two game cartridges (Seaquest and Grand Prix) and two controllers for his Atari 2600 are on his table. When he walks back to the couch, those game cartridges have vanished, and there is only one controller on the table. In the next shot, there are two controllers again, as seen in the TV's reflection. Continuity mistake: The position of the pamphlet display on the side table changes a few times after Paul sits on the couch. The pamphlets are near the upper right-hand corner of the table before Paul sits, and then the pamphlets are behind the lamp, towards the rear-center. The pamphlets are in the upper left-hand corner, then suddenly in the upper right-hand corner (where they start) when Paul removes one from the display. Continuity mistake: Near the start Sarah's shoulder restraint/seat belt is not on, but it suddenly is at one point, then off again. (00:03:19 - 00:06:02)
Continuity mistake: The paramedic in the ambulance just started cutting off the patient's shirt (with some difficulty) and there was sound from the scissors snipping. After she glanced away for a second, during which time there was no sound of her continuing to snip the shirt, the slit in the shirt was about three times as long. (00:08:20)
Continuity mistake: The brown rectangular box (clock?) on the nightstand is at an angle to the corner. Andy struggles to sit up in bed, looks towards the nightstand and the object is more aligned with the corner edges of the nightstand. (01:12:05 - 01:12:33)
Continuity mistake: When Greg (Joel Courtney) is taking photos/videos and meets Charlie, rear views show strands of his bangs dangling down the side of his right cheek, but front views show his hair neatly combed back. (00:05:52 - 00:06:15)
Continuity mistake: The cucumber half is facing in the opposite direction after the camera shift. The flesh is toward the right of the screen, then to the left. Also, the knife Margaret set near the corner of the table next to the cucumber half disappears; it should be below her right arm when she is reaching for her drink. (00:15:17)
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, Kamala asks Carol on the porch, "Hey, do you still fly that thing?" She is holding her right hand with her left. The camera angle switches, and her left hand is low, out of frame and comes back up only seconds later after Carol's answer.
