Continuity mistake: [Story 4: The Good Word] The sides of Ma Taggart's hair change, from varying degrees of frizziness to defined curls. While she talks to Ivan, rear views show one distinct, wide curl of bangs on her right side, but front views show frizzier hair. After she serves tea and sits, the left side of her hair also changes, to two more distinct loops around her ear (which are later more relaxed). (01:12:37 - 01:15:24)
Continuity mistake: [Story 4: The Good Word] The bar of soap is propped against the side of the washbasin, and Mr. Taggart is drying his hands with a towel above the basin. He lowers his hands and continues drying them, but the soap is now setting flat on the table, inches away from the basin. (01:20:10)
Character mistake: [Story 1: Hungry Joe] It isn't clear what blood test results the doctor receives for Joe, but Laura pleads that she "really needs to know what's wrong with her son" because "He eats, he eats, and he eats, and he never stops." The doctor dismisses Laura's concern and replies, "Growing boys eat... we'll see you in six months." The doctor should order additional tests. Blood tests can show "false negatives" and the appropriate blood tests may not have been ordered in the first place. (00:04:25 - 00:05:18)
