Alan looks up the road to see where his father "disappears to" and the road ahead is composed of arches along an upgrade. Alan continues running, but not very far, and suddenly there are grades in front and back of him, but the road is flat in the distant (somewhat aerial) view. Continuity mistake: A fork in Grace's square bowl props against the corner that is closest to her glass of wine. Grace holds a magazine with both hands. When Grace reaches for her wine, the bowl is at a different angle and the fork is gone. (00:08:00)

Continuity mistake: The position of the pamphlet display on the side table changes a few times after Paul sits on the couch. The pamphlets are near the upper right-hand corner of the table before Paul sits, and then the pamphlets are behind the lamp, towards the rear-center. The pamphlets are in the upper left-hand corner, then suddenly in the upper right-hand corner (where they start) when Paul removes one from the display. Continuity mistake: Michelle is on-air when the wall clock fluctuates between 10:27 and 10:43, but her show hours are 12:00 - 4:00 AM. During a subsequent show, the clock times that are displayed range between around 3:16 and 3:31. At one point, the clock goes from 3:30 to 3:25 and then 3:31. (00:01:50 - 00:50:07)

Continuity mistake: Dutch's body is at an angle to, and at least a foot away from Rosemary's, when he tells her she should move. The camera switches to a front view, and they are already shoulder-to-shoulder (linearly) with her left arm through his right elbow. (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: Teddy gets cocaine smeared all over his left cheek when he is snorting cocaine in his car, but when the camera shifts to a front view, the cocaine is gone, not visible. (00:10:25)
Continuity mistake: During the contest near the end of the film, as the walls are rising from the floor to create the maze, Chris Pine's arm positions change between camera cuts; up in surprise, by his sides in the long shot, and back up again in the close up.
Continuity mistake: Front passenger, Ian, adjusts the rearview mirror to watch the approaching police car. Almost instantly, the front view of Vicente driving shows the rearview mirror angled towards him, and Ian's hand is not near the mirror to have readjusted it that quickly. Continuity mistake: Only Rebecca's left breast is exposed when she is being bitten on the neck. However, both breasts (as well as her right shoulder) are exposed after her attacker is beheaded. She opens her eyes and continues lying on the floor. (00:06:43 - 00:07:05)
Continuity mistake: Sitting on a bench in Campiello dei Miracoli, Ariadne Oliver shows Poirot a series of newspaper clippings about the mysterious medium Mrs. Reynolds. Tina Fey's thumb is placed in a different position on the page in the various shots.
