Factual error: When the planes are filmed falling from the sky, one shot is of the planes in the distance. You would not hear the explosion at the moment the planes hit the ground at that distance. It would take considerably longer.
Deliberate mistake: When they're watching the footage of the tsunami hitting Cannon Beach, Sabrina turns the TV off as the shot pulls backwards. Suddenly, the glare on the TV appears out of nowhere.
Continuity mistake: After Redmond is killed, when the flashback starts, Leonard's back is to the main door of the cabin. When the flashback is over, his back is to the kitchen.
