Other mistake: At the school, a police officer told Owen, "Let's go" (move his vehicle). Owen tells Connor "We're playing hooky", makes a sharp turn, speeds past three school buses parked along the road, and passes a police office and school crossing guard (who didn't seem to notice). School zones have 15 MPH limits and police take speeding in these areas very seriously. A motorists violating in a school zone like Owen did would be pursued and cited with multiple offenses. Other mistake: When Cole gets in to drive, he puts it in gear to drive, then starts driving in reverse. (00:22:50)
Other mistake: Neo and Trinity are pushed by a horde of zombie-like bots inside a "kill-zone." A helicopter fires rockets at them. In the wide angle of the cars blowing up, the second pair of cars explodes without any rocket CGI effect added. It's like they just blow up spontaneously. (02:06:25)
Other mistake: When Eddie reads Kasady's letter, it's obvious that the whole speech can't fit inside the postcard. Moreover, parts of it don't even make sense since Eddie could never "see" the part about Shriek; he knows nothing about her at that point of the movie. Finally, either way when we see him read the letter, the parts shown don't match the narration; for instance when he gets to the part about Kasady's heart stopping, it is on the part of the postcard opposite of the one he's 'reading'. Other mistake: After completing a CIA sponsored operation in Syria, a helicopter comes in to exfiltrate the team. It lands and also takes off with full navigation lights and red beacons on. This would never be done in a combat area. Those light should have been off the entire time. (00:06:55)
Other mistake: When Uncle Joey was on the phone talking to his sister and when he got to her house to pick up his niece and nephew, he did not have a circular red cut or rash above his right eyebrow. The red area also could not be seen most of the time when he was driving, but at a couple points it was visible - despite the visor on his cap blocking out light and its visibility. At the campgrounds, Uncle Joey wore a headband but it wasn't needed to conceal the red area like the cap was - the red area was gone. (00:07:10 - 00:11:26)
Other mistake: When the helicopter was flying toward and over Apex Island, the helicopter (as well as the similarly-sized box) was about 1/10 or 1/12 the width of the island. In the next view, from almost ground-level, the helicopter was about as wide as one pine tree. (00:10:30)
Other mistake: When the assassin is trapped inside the airlock with Tiger, she chokes him, and he collapses. The assassin then begins to walk back to the door to the ship, but just as she is about to open the door, Tiger sneaks up behind her and opens the airlock. There is no way she wouldn't have heard Tiger approaching her. The space was very confined and would have heard his footsteps whilst walking up to her. (01:52:05)
Other mistake: After Ken shoots the pregnant lady, she rolls her head to the side, apparently to indicate death, but her stomach movement shows she is still breathing. (00:01:46)
Other mistake: Joshua kept on his thick leather gloves (with side stitching, adding width) while playing the piano yet didn't have any difficulty hitting the right keys. The added width to his fingers from this type of gloves should have interfered with his accuracy hitting the notes and keeping the tempo - the part of Chopin's "Nocturnes" he played was allegro (fast). Other mistake: Grace Lewis shot a man in the head when he was standing less than three feet from her, but Grace did not get any blood splatter on her face or elsewhere. Neither did George Clements, who was standing near both of them. (01:15:03)
Other mistake: Liam Neeson jumps into ice water to rescue his brother. He then painfully pulls his brother into the cab of the truck. Inside, he revives his brother after which they have a lengthy conversation. Liam's Mike McCann never starts the truck engine or turns the heater up, even though he and his brother are soaked to the skin and the brother is coughing up ice water from his lungs. In the next scene, both appear dry, in the same clothing, with no signs of hypothermia.
Other mistake: While Snake Eyes is fighting at the beginning of the film, the other guy throws him to a block of concrete. Snake hits on his head and should be dead by then or at least seriously injured.
Other mistake: Narrating, Ringo said "Let me be clear. I never steal from people who don't deserve it." He was in a bank's safety deposit room, which was full of hundreds (if not thousands) of safety deposit boxes. Ringo was selecting specific boxes from among those along the wall, but he couldn't know whose boxes they were. (00:02:44)
