Suggested correction: You can see Booth starting the old Mercedes-Benz with a crank handle. No need for a battery. Back then, there were no lithium-ion batteries, but rather lead-acid batteries.
Other mistake: In the kitchen fight scene Maggie Q's weapon fires on automatic (without a magazine) when she is knocked to the floor by Michael K, but when she jumps over the table her weapon is and fires as a shotgun.
Suggested correction: She always has a shotgun, her weapon doesn't change.
Other mistake: The issued sidearm for the Spanish National Police is the H&K USP 9mm Compact, which has a capacity of 13+1 bullets, and the Civil Guards' is the Beretta 92fs/M9, which is a 9mm and has a magazine capacity of 15+1 bullets. As of 2020 the Beretta is being phased out for the H&K USP C. The police officer fires a total of 5 bullets from his Beretta then the slide locks back because its dry. He has no magazines for reloads either. I highly doubt the Spanish police issues 5 bullets to their officers. (00:33:00 - 00:35:30)

Other mistake: At the beginning of the movie, Shriek reads an article mentioning that Cletus' story is "coming to an end", and Eddie is credited with uncovering "what the FBI and police could not " That doesn't fit with Eddie supposedly down on his luck and badly needing a scoop; and in fact the tagline is the same that will appear in printed and audio news later when Eddie does rise to fame again by discovering the bodies. Also, the article talks about Eddie Brock, but somehow is WRITTEN BY Eddie Brock.
Other mistake: Hero drove his car through a line of armored men and crashed onto rocks along a cement wall. Two days later when he returned to his car with gasoline (where one of his bombs exploded by the car), there was smoke and dust blowing through the air all around yet views of his car showed it was perfectly clean - shiny black. Other mistake: When the D.A.'s house exploded, almost all the debris landed in the front yard; few pieces landed in neighbors' yards. The aerial view on the live news showed a few small pieces of debris on one neighbor's otherwise clean roof, despite the houses being very close. The car that was in the DA's driveway was not visible and there wasn't enough debris on that side of the house to have covered it. The neighbor's boat was not there. Other mistake: Neo and Trinity are pushed by a horde of zombie-like bots inside a "kill-zone." A helicopter fires rockets at them. In the wide angle of the cars blowing up, the second pair of cars explodes without any rocket CGI effect added. It's like they just blow up spontaneously. (02:06:25)
Other mistake: After Ken shoots the pregnant lady, she rolls her head to the side, apparently to indicate death, but her stomach movement shows she is still breathing. (00:01:46)
Other mistake: After completing a CIA sponsored operation in Syria, a helicopter comes in to exfiltrate the team. It lands and also takes off with full navigation lights and red beacons on. This would never be done in a combat area. Those light should have been off the entire time. (00:06:55)
Other mistake: The crossbow arrow that went through Jamie's shoulder area had different positions/angles and was not always visible (in front or back) when it should have been. The crossbow arrow also did not seem to be long enough. It was not a mini crossbow arrow (3-4" where in front with maybe 5" in the back and a mini is only about 6.3" total); regular lengths are typically 14" - 20"+. (01:15:10 - 01:17:00)
Other mistake: When the helicopter was flying toward and over Apex Island, the helicopter (as well as the similarly-sized box) was about 1/10 or 1/12 the width of the island. In the next view, from almost ground-level, the helicopter was about as wide as one pine tree. (00:10:30)

Other mistake: When the assassin is trapped inside the airlock with Tiger, she chokes him, and he collapses. The assassin then begins to walk back to the door to the ship, but just as she is about to open the door, Tiger sneaks up behind her and opens the airlock. There is no way she wouldn't have heard Tiger approaching her. The space was very confined and would have heard his footsteps whilst walking up to her. (01:52:05)
