Continuity mistake: In House of 1000 Corpses and The Devils Rejects Captain Spaulding had nasty crooked black teeth. In the beginning of this film when he's doing an interview his teeth are super white and straight.
Continuity mistake: When Danny goes to their old room at the Overlook, the bathroom door only has one broken panel but in the Shining, both panels were smashed when Jack heard the Snow Cat arriving.
Continuity mistake: When the main characters first decide to go diving, they are all wearing ordinary bikinis. By the end of the film, the surviving characters are wearing diving suits.
Continuity mistake: Red is barefoot for a long period in the movie, but when they run to the boat she's wearing barely-visible slippers, presumably to protect her feet while running outside.
Continuity mistake: According to the countdown, Jordan has less time to live (about 3 minutes) than Quinn, which makes the whole end with the morphine pointless. (01:09:00)
Continuity mistake: The IV bag has the name of Louie at first but then changes into something unidentifiable and then back to Louie again.
Continuity mistake: When the male elder fails to die after jumping off the cliff, a few of the Hårgas walk over to him to smash his head with a mallet. When the first Hårga hits him on the head, there is a visible bloody injury caused by the hit. When the second Hårga goes to hit him, just before his head breaks apart there is no sign of the first hit. (01:12:30)
Continuity mistake: Morticia Addams is holding a flower stem at the beginning but after they cross the bridge, the flower stems are missing.
Continuity mistake: Ben caught his T-shirt in his right hand when the girl threw it to him in the swimming pool, but Ben is with his empty right hand in the pool. When Ben got out of the pool, he picked up his T-shirt. (00:32:18)
Continuity mistake: While in the pool room, Zoey falls off the wall onto a portion of floor that hasn't collapsed yet and loses consciousness. This area is next to the section of floor that collapsed first. Jason jumps down to help Zoey. As he is helping her up, and onto the wall, that section of floor collapses, forcing him to grab the wall to avoid falling 20-ish stories with the floor. As he looks down drop, the section of floor that fell first is amazingly back intact. (00:59:20)
Continuity mistake: Dr. Stone mentions there is an emergency exit below the landing pad. He then asks the pilot if there is a camera underneath. In this shot, the pilot has his eyes partly closed and his lips pursed together. It cuts to a close up of him and suddenly his expression is different, with his eyes wider open and his mouth open. Continuity mistake: After Brandon finds out he arrived in the alien craft, he walks outside in the rain where he finally translates "Take The World" as his purpose. He continues on to Caitlyn's house to tell her what he has discovered and to give her a flower. When he arrives in her room, he is completely dry.
Continuity mistake: After the kids are told Sara hung herself at the hospital, Chuck asks "what are they waiting for, let's go". Stella is bending down to pick up the book in one shot, but the angle cuts while Chuck is still saying the word "go" and suddenly he has vanished from the room as the other two start to leave.
Continuity mistake: After being buried alive, Wake returns to attack Howard with a pick. There isn't a speck of dirt on him.
Continuity mistake: After Sara's mother sits at the table, the left side of Sara's hair suddenly has two clumps of strands running down her cheek and flipped in front of her chin. Sara's hair changes a few times with different camera angles. (00:44:52)
Continuity mistake: The position of Richard's legs change when he is dead on the stairway landing. Initially, Richard's right leg is bent at the knee and pointing toward the lower flight and his left leg is straight, going up the wall to the next flight. Richard's legs quickly switch from this position when Grace is approaching the landing to his right leg going up the wall and his left leg not visible when Grace reaches the landing. Continuity mistake: When the girls bring a birthday cake into Judy's room at the first time, her bed sheet is patterned with what looks like flowers but when Judy is fast asleep the next time, the sheets are plain white. (00:52:30 - 01:15:30)
Continuity mistake: The inspector is showing the singer the gruesome images of her friend. As he says "It's how we identified the remains", she raises her right hand, but in the next shot it's with the left hand that she's touching her lips. (00:04:45)
Continuity mistake: After take-off, Mr. Anderson's hair changes a few times while he was talking to Rochelle. His bangs are combed back, but then he has strands hanging down his forehead and the top of his hair is dishevelled. After the camera shifts to Rochelle and back, Mr. Anderson no longer has the strands down his forehead but the right side is messy. When the camera shifts again, Mr. Anderson's hair is neatly combed back. (00:14:54 - 00:15:25)
