Other mistake: During the bank robbers' drive to the meeting spot, the background was blurred, but it is obvious the green color was from the tree leaves. As they got closer and arrived, the numerous trees were bare of leaves - only branches could be seen. The apparent attempt to have all trees appear to be bare (and consistent) was all for naught - It was April 8th in Georgia where the trees would have already blossomed. (00:02:24)
Continuity mistake: The police shoots one of the kids who were robbing the Nurse. The body is lying on the sidewalk when she says "No, no, I can..." to them holding her at gunpoint, but when Batista kicks the cops around, the body shifted further to the middle of the road - where it should have been to begin with. Continuity mistake: In her temper tantrum, the Empress throws various dishes and cups to the ground. In her messy motion though, some items do not fly off the table and a golden fruit bowl happens to just spin around and stay on. It is gone next. (00:02:45)
Continuity mistake: Trying to stop the bank robbery, the SWAT team arrive and they line up guns at the ready. It shows three of the four kneeling down with one standing as they take aim and start to shoot. In the next shot, suddenly all four are standing up and the SWAT Team armored truck appears beside them. (00:01:40)
Continuity mistake: When Lukas is looking in the bathroom mirror, the upper half of his laceration looks about three times the width of the lower half. When he exits the bathroom, the laceration looks like one line with the same width. (00:15:45)
Continuity mistake: Batman gets stabbed in the lower left arm by Gordon during their fight but a few moments later the cut is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Phil heads to the Puppet Pleasure place early in the film, the positions of the shadows change around the vehicle parked out front in the close up, revealing the time laps between filming each shot. (00:06:30)
Deliberate mistake: For dramatic purposes, the crew is shown surviving for several days. The investigators found evidence that the fire in the compartment occurred around six hours after the Kursk sank, and that the survivors had died before the first rescue attempt took place. They wouldn't have been saved even if the multinational team had been called in sooner.
Continuity mistake: When they reach the plant in Mexico and Richard is introduced to the plant manager and his right hand man, Richard points to him with an empty hand. In the next shot before he points to the other guy, suddenly his cellphone appears in his hand that he's pointing with. (00:17:00)
Factual error: Lt. Talbot is wearing a US Army (National Guard) uniform with his name tape saying "LT. TALBOT". Name tapes do not show rank. The rank is worn on the Battle Dress Uniform on a tab on the chest. (01:23:55)
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the protagonists dump the corpse of an agent in the middle of nowhere. The guy is stone cold dead...but you can see the carotid pulse on the right side of his neck, under the fake blood. (00:03:10)
