Factual error: When Lukas takes Sarah to school (on Friday or only a couple days after taping his laceration), the laceration is much smaller (practically healed) and there are only three strips of tape. A laceration as wide as the one Lukas had would not heal within a couple, few, or even several days. Also, the way Lucas taped his laceration would not yield the same/similar results as sutures (even closure and faster healing with little scar). (00:15:43 - 00:16:31)
Continuity mistake: The four strips of tape on Lukas' forehead are closer together when he goes into the kitchen than when he exited the bathroom. (00:15:43 - 00:16:31)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the kitchen scene with his daughter, Lukas has four strips of tape about 2" long placed horizontally across his approximately one-eigth inch wide vertical laceration on the right side of his forehead. When Lukas stands up (left side view), part of his laceration (redness) is visible but not any of the strips of tape which should be because they extend about an inch past the laceration on each side. Continuity mistake: When Lukas is looking in the bathroom mirror, the upper half of his laceration looks about three times the width of the lower half. When he exits the bathroom, the laceration looks like one line with the same width. (00:15:45)
