Continuity mistake: In the first episode, the cold Federico is shaken by the first approach with the bookstore owner Giulia. The woman next to him was having a glass of wine, but it is down on the table in the next shot. (00:43:45)

Continuity mistake: Izzy gets out of the car of her one night stand and lights up a cigarette. She begins to type on her phone, phone in the left, cig in the right. A jogger bumps her and in the next shot she coughs on purpose to try and make her put the cigarette out. From now on, Izzy's phone is in her right hand and her cigarette in her left hand. (00:08:05)

Factual error: When Willie is taken from the hospital to appear in a criminal lineup, he is wearing a special watch he received for his birthday. When you are admitted into the hospital, the first thing you have to remove is a watch and/or jewelry.

Continuity mistake: Priscila carries Helen's bag while she gets her seat. She gives her the bag using her left, while she keeps her own in her right hand. Cut, and Pauline Collins is turning around passing her bag from the left hand to the right. (00:07:40)

Factual error: In the beginning of the movie, during Dickens' visit to America, you can hear them playing the melody from the song "I'm a Yankee Doodle Dandy" written by George M. Cohan in 1904. This was 61 years after the events in the movie. In the ending credits they cite this as "Yankee Doodle Dandy" which was written many years before. But, that was not the melody that was being played.

Continuity mistake: The team has to come up with a plan to handle The Truth. Destiny's friend Willow stands up and says "So look, here's my plan." Destiny announces she has a better one; during this exchange, the phone in Cristine Prosperi's hand switches hands. (00:11:30)

The chat app he supposedly is using is empty of any text, no trace of the conversation he is having in the rest of the scene. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: The candle to the far right in the candelabra is tilted to the right to various degrees or not in between shots. (The other candles aren't exactly straight up.) (00:24:27 - 00:25:20)

Continuity mistake: The car that hit Pete did not veer off the road, but the car's headlights were shining toward waist-high weeds (as well as past the repositioned Pete). When Charlie ran up to Pete from above his head, he was not obstructed by any weeds, which would have been impossible based on where the car's lights were shining. (01:29:00)
