Continuity mistake: Edmund and his business partner pull over in front of the hotel. They walk out of the car, and the woman is holding a clipboard in her left hand and her smartphone in her right. When they get through the hotel doors though, she is thumbing her phone in her left hand and the clipboard is now encased in a whole document folder she did not leave the car with, in her right hand. Continuity mistake: Mario Pitagora is sipping ice tea in the garden, and then starts explaining to his "son" the nature of his business. His hand changes position on the glass repeatedly between shots, on the rim or lower. (00:27:10)
Continuity mistake: There's a vase of yellow flowers to the right of the helium "Happy Birthday" balloon (and screen). When Ashley gets up to answer the door, she walks past the balloon and the vase of flowers should be visible but is not. (00:01:40 - 00:02:28)
Continuity mistake: Alison is saying goodbye to her parents and she is wearing a long kimono. As she walks into her bedroom she is no longer wearing it, and then picks it up off her bed and puts it on. (01:07:05)
Continuity mistake: Saving Dr. James from Andre, Lin smashes his car against Andre and pins him to a truck. In the shot through the windshield, Andre's head comes to rest on his right arm, but when it cuts to a different angle, suddenly his right arm is stretched out above his head along the hood towards the windshield. Continuity mistake: Michele Riondino has just killed the snitch and is going after the witness, a Chinese woman. He holds her at gunpoint; she does not move, but in a shot she has hair in front of just her left shoulder, both shoulders in the next. (00:30:30)
Continuity mistake: When Toni Servillo meets Verónica Echegui in the sauna, she says something in Spanish to him, and then shrugs in a close-up. The jacket and towel cover her shoulders and neck area entirely, but in the wider shot that follows, the towel is gone and the jacket is looser. (00:11:10)
Continuity mistake: On the desk, Mr. Kurrup hits a big red button that keeps the boys locked in his office after they try to walk out. In the shot before, there is no button on the desk.
Continuity mistake: When Mr Quan meets the commander the paperwork, money, chairs and even Mr Quan are all in completely different places multiple times. (00:19:05)
Continuity mistake: Just after Richard pushes Jen off the cliff, Richard, Stan and Dimitri are shown looking over the edge all standing side by side. The camera changes angles and Richard and Stan are suddenly further apart by a couple of feet. (00:27:40)
Continuity mistake: After the car almost hits Lenna and Dalton, they walk beyond the right corner of the car's bumper, but are still in front of the bumper when the camera shifts. (00:01:55)
Continuity mistake: When Kat wakes up for the second go-around of Valentine's Day (the first repetition), she scoffs at the text from Bradley, her date who bailed on her. When the text is inserted onscreen, it matches the original day's, mentioning their planned dinner and first in-person meeting. When her phone's actual screen is shown, the text from Bradley is an invitation to breakfast. They never had or planned a breakfast. The wording is very similar to Danny's invitation at the end of the movie.
Continuity mistake: When the boy wakes up in the middle of the night after first hearing the dinosaur, his alarm clock reads 2:0x (its not clear but the digit segments on show imply it's either 2:05 or 2:06). The next time we see the clock it's 2:02, then two scenes later when the dinosaur decides to and then does jumps off the table the clock now reads 2:22.
Continuity mistake: When the Gershen brothers arrive at the hotel room game, Alexi is the tallest of the two brothers when they're standing in the doorway. Then, once inside the room giving Molly the backpack containing their buy-in money, Iliya is the taller brother. (01:21:05)
Continuity mistake: When Overgirl, Blitzkrieg, and Black Arrow find Vibe at his computers, he dives to the right towards a hatch in the floor that is open. This hatch magically materialized from nothing as it was not there just a moment before. (00:36:00)
Continuity mistake: In the opening walk to the London meeting she walks by a parked blue MGB GT (reg E55...) twice on different roads, and then it passes her as well.
Continuity mistake: Levi took two mouth-shaped bites out of his blue frosted toaster pastry, leaving a small piece between the mouth-shaped bites. Before taking another bite, the bite marks on his pastry are different. The blue frosting also changes sides, from facing him to facing Danny. (01:14:10)
Continuity mistake: Jake and Wendall are talking on the track field as they pull some weights. The strap attached to Wendall's glasses keeps moving in front and behind his shoulder between shots. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: While Jim is narrating his story, he gets to the point when his son was hit by a drunk driver. The line slows down, but when it cuts to a close-up of Renée Zellweger saying "Sorry Jim", you see the trays shift. Only, they are back in the exact same spot as before when the close-up is over.
