When he blindly goes for his phone, clothes he had on the bedstand (and that he could have put on) disappear between shots, and when he knocks the magazine off the bedstand and the pillow underneath, there is no trace of the tube that is instead perched on it later in the scene. Continuity mistake: Lucas received his mid-term grades in the mail BEFORE Mr. Butler actually entered his grade on the computer. Lucas got the mail and took his unopened grade report to his bedroom then the camera shifts to Mr. Butler contemplating what grade to fill in for Lucas. Mr. Butler made the entry (grade not shown) and closed his laptop. The camera returns to Lucas, who opens his mid-term grade report and sees the "F" from Mr. Butler. (00:51:21)
Continuity mistake: On the third and fourth day, Carter's roommate shows up earlier than the first 2 days. And Tree's suspect tips notebook every day don't reset and the line and erases are the same.
Continuity mistake: When Churchill is delivering his first speech on May 13th, Neville Chamberlain places a handkerchief on his leg to use as a signal to his fellow MPs. During the speech you can see Chamberlain sitting a few places away from Churchill but the handkerchief is missing. Then, a short while later in the same scene, the handkerchief is back with Chamberlain's hand over it.
Continuity mistake: When Shawn first holds up the jerky to distract the guard dog, he's holding the torch in his right hand and the bag of jerky in his left. We cut to a wider shot and the items have instantly switched hands. (00:26:50)
Continuity mistake: When Greg grabs the diaper in the ball playground, the position and number of all of the kids changes in every single shot.
Continuity mistake: When Billie Jean hits the winning shot against Bobby Riggs, she is inside the square closest to the net. However, when she throws her racket in the air in victory a second later she has moved outside the box, close to the center of the court.

When the camera is on the principal as he is walking into the room, there is nothing on Rob's shoulder, but in the next shot, the strap on Rob's bag has suddenly appeared there.
