About 15 seconds later, as the agents go into the meeting room, the New York clock has gone back 5 minutes to 10:35. It is definitely the same clock because the alarm is visible next to it. Continuity mistake: When Vinnie Jones takes the King to his room, his earring keeps changing from ear to ear between shots.

Continuity mistake: After Thomas pours Juliana and himself a glass of milk, the position of Juliana's glass moves without her touching it a few times between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Amy is stocking the Tide pods the amount on the shelf changes multiple times.
Continuity mistake: Liza comes out of bathroom with just a shirt then walks away with trousers on.
Revelations - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Piper reveals herself as the killer in the dock, you can see her dropping the mask and shortly after, removing her poncho and drop it on the floor as well. In the next shot from the side of the dock where you can see Piper and Emma face to face, the mask and the poncho are no longer on the floor. (00:32:20 - 00:33:10)
Continuity mistake: Inspector Bucket looks at the wallet Compeyson has placed on bar. The letter M has a few studs missing at top left. Later, when Bucket shows the wallet to Fagin, the M is complete. (00:18:25 - 00:21:50)

Continuity mistake: When the equivalent of Miss Debenham tells the Colonel that reaching the 12 people figure might be difficult, her hands and the secretarys are in a different position compared to the previous shot (hers are raised, his are crossed in a different pattern). (00:45:45)
I Seem to Be Running Out of Dreams for Myself - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Harry hands Walter Blunt a cup of liquid to drink, and Walter takes it in his hand. The next shot Harry still has the cup on a plate.
Continuity mistake: When Theresa and Ben walk down the road leaving town, and run into the woods from the Sheriff, Theresa's roller suitcase falls over on its 'back'. A minute later, when Ethan catches up to them, the suitcase is on its 'front'. (00:36:30 - 00:37:30)
Continuity mistake: When the "Mole Women" are being interviewed on the "Today Show", watch the white circular table in front of them and the couch they are sitting on. The host has a small smattering of papers and a pair of glasses sitting besides him at the beginning of the scene. Throughout the scene, he will sometimes be holding the glasses and using them to gesture, sometimes not. And the papers move about from the couch, to the table, to another position on the table, etc. True, there are several shots where they are not visible, but it would make no logical sense for him to repeatedly pick up and move them between every shot where they're visible for no reason, and he is sitting in the exact same position in every shot, with his body language showing no movement towards them. They obviously shot the scene a few different times and he placed them down in different positions each time, and the scene was constructed with these different shots.
Continuity mistake: When Carolyn and Ennis are racing on the beach, Carolyn in side-saddle has both her legs on the left and for just a couple of split seconds in another shot they're both on the right, and then back on the left again after that.
Mo' Chinese Mo' Problems - S5-E5
Continuity mistake: At one point you can see Marvin's red Jaguar parked in the driveway. He sold this car in the first episode of this season.
Continuity mistake: Tutankhamun and Suhad ride to the Mitanni city on a horse with no equipment at all, not even a saddle. Yet mysteriously when they need to stop for the night a large tent appears out of nowhere.
Rock This Bitch Till the Wheels Fall Off - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: The Moon Man award statuette Johnny Rock holds instantly changes position and hands while he speaks with Gigi.
The Wedding - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: After speaking with Nate and Robin, Oksana walks behind Robin and ascends the stairs twice.
For the Want of a Nail - S6-E9
Continuity mistake: In a previous scene Dr. Choi had asked that a patient using a nasal oxygen cannula be given an oxygen mask, which the nurse did (over the cannula, but that is another mistake previously documented). Several scenes later we see that patient again, and he is back to wearing the nasal cannula and having breathing difficulties.
A Rose by Any Other Name - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: During the press conference at the beginning, Hakeem has a lollipop in his mouth. During the whole scene, the lollipop keeps switching from shot to shot between being in his hand or in his mouth. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: The SUV with Leo and Mondini crashes into the wall; a rock and several handfuls of soil fall onto the roof. In the wider angle there are a couple of rocks and no dirt and terrain. (00:15:55)
