Continuity mistake: When General Edel and Martin get in their car at the gas station, the fuel pump nozzle is still in the fuel port of the car. They drive off and the fuel pump nozzle has miraculously removed itself from the car.
Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Vera fires the gun several times, and later tells Justice Wargrave that the gun is empty, meaning that all the cartridges in it would be spent. When the judge loads his one bullet into the chamber, he does so in a gun where all five cartridge svisible are unspent.
Confinement - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: Ruby asks Ash where the the Kandarian Dagger is. He says that it was confiscated by the police. In the previous episode, she had and used it, and they have not interacted in the intervening time period.
Continuity mistake: Near the start when Mike's pulling over, the car parks literally perfectly along the side of the road. Seconds later when camera shows him stepping out it's at least 12 inches away from the curb. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: In season 1 they are tracking leopards but when they take a cub for the cure it's clearly an African serval kitten.
Continuity mistake: When Allison gives Kurt his breakfast muffin (in a brown paper bag), it suddenly jumps from his left hand to his right hand between shots.
Continuity mistake: A henchman places a briefcase up-side down on a bench, opens the locks and starts to open the briefcase with the locks above the lid latches which are flipped open toward the floor. Instantly the briefcase is right-side up with the locks down and the lid latches up. (00:26:11)
Continuity mistake: When Alicia is cleaning up Nick's vomit, she removes her gloves. When the angle changes, she starts removing them again. (00:24:45)
Continuity mistake: As they are fleeing the alien base, Supergirl and the others run towards the portal, Winn activates it and jumps through. In a following shot (after a 'friendly' alien helps them), he is standing behind Supergirl again. (00:32:00 - 00:32:35)

Continuity mistake: When Chloe and Mazikeen are at the private school checking out the other parents, Chloe is alternately holding Mazikeen's hand and not holding it between shots.
Abra Cadaver - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: When Peyton and Ravi are talking in the kitchen, there's bananas in the blender that keep changing position through the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Trish is talking to Jess on the phone, she pours herself a glass of water and places the bottle of water down to her left. In a brief shot just before her nose starts to bleed, the bottle is suddenly to her right, and then back to her left. (00:45:25)
Continuity mistake: Rebecca tells Brian that Chris received the call from his brother to meet and hand the bag off at the park at 4pm. In the next scene, Brian says, "Chris wasn't handing the bag off until 6, so I went straight into training." 2 hour time difference there.

Continuity mistake: When the Punisher knocks out Daredevil he wakes up with a gun taped to his right hand. When the Punisher says that Daredevil has to shoot him, Dardevil struggles to escape from his chains and we get a shot from his right side, where the gun is no longer there. Continuity mistake: The series doesn't seem sure what Sunny's rank is. He is described at various times both on screen and in the credits as both Detective Inspector and Detective Sergeant.
Continuity mistake: When the alarm in the office goes off, there are clocks visible around the alarm. The time on the New York clock is 10:40. About 15 seconds later, as the agents go into the meeting room, the New York clock has gone back 5 minutes to 10:35. It is definitely the same clock because the alarm is visible next to it. Continuity mistake: When Vinnie Jones takes the King to his room, his earring keeps changing from ear to ear between shots.

Continuity mistake: After Thomas pours Juliana and himself a glass of milk, the position of Juliana's glass moves without her touching it a few times between shots.
