Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the movie, when Sarah joins Laine in her room, Laine's arm is on the back of the couch; but right after Sarah sits down next to her, Laine takes her arm and puts it on the back of the couch.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie after sergeant has been shot, they are rushing him to the hospital. Watch the headrest of the passenger seat. It is in place, and then when he is getting in the car, the headrest is gone. Then, it is back in place again.
Continuity mistake: At the end when Sarchie is hugging his wife, in one shot the bandage on his arm has unravelled. In the next, it is neatly wrapped.
Continuity mistake: When the woman stands to sing "Bread and Roses", there is a man in a green shirt with a mustache to her left. The camera pans to other miners. When the camera pans back to the original singer, 20 seconds later, the green shirted, mustachioed man is no longer there.
Continuity mistake: When Jane is in the night school, the position of knife and fork on the plate changes between shots. Both on one side (close up) or one on each side (long shot).
Continuity mistake: Treat Williams is drinking a brown liquid from a glass (scotch?) while accusing Gina Carano of having something to do with his son's disappearance. Shortly afterwards, the liquid is a different color and the glass is much more full. (00:41:40 - 00:42:40)
Continuity mistake: There is a scene where she accidentally stabs someone - she gets blood all over her from the stabbing and then in the very next scene is wearing the same shirt without blood stains.
Continuity mistake: Vincent and Oliver are eating ice cream, Vincent's ice cream cone repeatedly changes levels of ice cream left in his ice cream cone as he eats it. (00:48:00)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie when the three kids are on the stage, in the first shot Jason Jones stands on the left side of the stage, Dylan in in the middle and the Kimi on the right side. But in the second shot, Jason stands on the right and the Kimi on the left. (00:21:20)
