Factual error: In golf scene, Kevin Spacey is supposed to be playing golf in St. Andrews. The intensity of sun and the surrounding fauna suggests they are actually playing on a course in the mid latitudes of the US. (00:11:30)

Audio problem: When Niko is going to get the key for somewhere for Zoe to hide and then Zoe disappears he says "Zoe"? When he says it his mouth does not move but once he finishes saying it that's when his mouth moves.

Other mistake: Jarod is the newcomer to a school in Florida. David Valentine is an established jock at the school who bullies Jarod, but he drives a truck with California plates. (00:42:58)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Robert has been resurrected as a tricycle, the bell and ribbon keep moving back and forth from the right handle bar to the left one.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning, when Billy is talking to the bum (who later turns out to be Tawny), the bum has a glove on his right hand. When he reaches his right hand out to Billy and Billy gives him a subway token, there is no glove. It's back in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: The fan on the duty desk stops and starts randomly between camera shots. (00:54:10)

Factual error: When they land back at the airport you see the door open and hear the sound of the engines. However at the rear of the left engine you see the engine cover (red flag moving in the wind) still in place. The engine cover still on while the engine is running could cause serious damage or it would be blown out. It would be removed during preparation checks.

Continuity mistake: Throughout the motorcycle/police car chase they used two different motorcycles made 50+ years apart and just painted them both black. One is a 1940s Harley Davidson with a springer front end and the very recognizable horn below the headlight, and the other is a late 1990s (at the oldest) cruiser with a front end that's completely different in every way.

Continuity mistake: When Stern is cutting Gutterman loose and they're at Rachel's desk, Gutterman is right behind Stern, close enough to touch the desk and sets his hat on it. The shot changes and Gutterman is now further away, not even in arm's reach of the desk.

Continuity mistake: During his second interview with Jack, Stone tilts his body to the right in the front shots, but remains straight in the back shots.

Other mistake: When the three main characters see the composite sketches of themselves on the news, Chris Hemsworth says "Oh shit" in his natural Australian accent.

Continuity mistake: When the two young lads jump off the bridge to escape in handcuffs, as they fall together the handcuffs disappear. (01:12:00 - 01:13:00)

Factual error: Close to the end of the film Michael Reed is traveling from Philadelphia to New York City by train early in the morning. The sun shines on his face from left side which is impossible in the morning, as the left side of his face faces west during that direction of travel (from south to north).

Other mistake: Given that Cassandra's parents are so incredibly rich, spoil her rotten, buy her anything, and have even got her a luxury apartment, why on earth is she flying to the USA in economy class?

Continuity mistake: When Charlotte Gainsborough has a meltdown telling the younger kid to remove the toy guitar, the kid is holding the toy differently between shots. (00:17:20)

Factual error: As Ruben gets from his colleague the newspaper with the headline about the suppression of the 'douane', you can read just by his head "Mardi 17." It's 1986 as stated, and the date the news is referring to can only be February 17, when the Single European Act was signed, producing the headline shown. But it was not a Mardi (Tuesday), but a Lundi (Monday). (00:01:50)

Factual error: While measuring the Electromagnetic Field (EMF) being given off by Stonehenge in the film, a scientist exclaims that the frequency is increasing to over 100 Gigahertz, and is approaching radioactivity. This is absurd. EMF is radiation of electromagnetic waves over a wide spectrum of frequencies. Its strength depends on the frequency at which it is measured, with no relation to radioactivity whatsoever. It has a magnetic and an electrical component, but no nuclear breakdown as such.

Factual error: Sergeant-Major Saunders is wearing sergeant's stripes. Corporals Drake and Levin are wearing no rank insignia at all.

Other mistake: They already stated nobody had TV when the young couple were flirting. Then as the tornado is about to hit the family home Dad rushes to get daughter Sam to go to the basement, and she is playing in front of the TV which appears to be broadcasting the news. Not to mention, if the TV was working, wouldn't most people be watching the news for info?

Visible crew/equipment: When Mister and the Boy are keeping watch in the woods, just after Boy asks "What are we going to do when the baby comes?" They heart a noise and stand up, as the camera follows Mister you can see lights in the distance, even though they are supposed to be alone in the mountains. (01:20:00 - 01:21:00)
