Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of the boat chase, after the railing and Frank are pulled into the water but prior to the cut to Elise slowing her boat to allow Frank to board, a member of the crew can be seen exiting the cabin of Elise's boat. (00:05:50)
Other mistake: When Elizabeth (and later Elizabeth and Bertie) visit Lionel's flat, they take the elevator down. With its huge windows, the flat is obviously not below ground level. And certainly no one would ascend to a higher floor only to take the elevator down to his destination.
Factual error: The day Carrie arrives in NY: June 11, 1986 was a Wednesday not a Tuesday.
Other mistake: When Lawrence is looking at his wound in the mirror, it has slightly healed. Later, when Sir John visits Lawrence in the asylum, he shows the bite mark he got from the feral child to Lawrence. Since Sir John is also a werewolf, the bite mark should not be there.
Plot hole: When Astrid gets on Toothless for the first time, Toothless takes off uncontrollably and tries to scare her. Hiccup seems to have no control over him at this time. How is that so if with the new tail fin, Toothless cannot fly without Hiccup's precise control of the tail fin? That whole sequence would have fallen apart. This mistake was even admitted to on the DVD commentary. (00:53:35)
Visible crew/equipment: If you look closely, after the shootings with the Russians and the guys go in to the second room, next to Chris Brown you can visibly see the camera man (shorts and the camera).
Continuity mistake: Just before Flynn cuts off Rapunzel's hair, there is a shot from behind him and he reaches up with his right hand to push her hair behind her ear. His arm is visible up to his forearm and the shackle is nowhere in sight. However, in the next, wide shot, the shackle is suddenly up around his wrist. (01:01:20)
Revealing mistake: When Jack is doing a search for "Andi Garcia" on Google, the links show up in the searches he does as purple and not blue which means that they have already been visited, despite the fact that he's supposed to be doing this search for the first time.
Continuity mistake: Saw VII takes place straight after Saw VI. In Saw VI we see Jill put Hoffman in the bear trap and leave. We then see that Hoffman spends around 45 seconds trying to get the trap off before putting in the bars on the window. In this film however, just after Jill closes the door we see the glass break. Continuity mistake: In the dock scene where Rob Schneider kicks David Spade in the groin the first time for supposedly sleeping with his daughter, his good foot has a black shoe on it. Then as you see him kicking Daid Spade he has no shoe but is in bare feet, But when he falls down from the pain in his bad foot you can see that he now has a black shoe on his good foot again. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sophie is first walking out of the New Yorker building, her shirt is tucked in in the first shot, in the second it is untucked, and in the third it is tucked in again.
Other mistake: Before the battle, the leader of the waterbenders says that he will have everyone extinguish as many sources of fire as possible. When the firebenders come up from the ground at the start of the battle, all of the torches lighting the city are lit.
Continuity mistake: When the 3 guys are kicking a single guy with Kick-Ass defending him and a bunch of people behind watching the fight, the trashcan on the ground keeps changing positions between shots.
Factual error: When Luke is playing video games in the camp he is using a Playstation controller, however when he pauses the game it shows a message telling him to push the 'B' button. 'B' buttons appear on Xbox games consoles rather than Playstations.
Continuity mistake: When the police car rolls out of the car wash, both passenger and driver's doors are open. When the shot changes to the deputy holding the rifle, the driver's door is closed. In the next shot both doors are open again.
Continuity mistake: When Ray Winstone takes his pill with whiskey while talking to Mel Gibson, he takes a swig of the drink and knocks the pill back, leaving some alcohol in the glass. When we cut to a wide shot his glass is completely empty.
Other mistake: In a hockey game, Derek Thompson slams an opposing player into the wall and knocks out a tooth. Inexplicably, the tooth shoots straight up into the air and there is absolutely no blood on the tooth or around the player's mouth.
Continuity mistake: As Darren passes the cheese touch to the girl, she turns around in shock. In the next shot, she is standing still with everyone crowded around her running away, and Darren is no longer seen.
Continuity mistake: During the close up of Paul writing the word "Mark White" on the lid of the coffin, he is using his right hand. The shot then goes back to Paul, and he is writing with his left hand.
Factual error: Outside Seville, Cruise jumps off a bridge on a stall with a sign that reads "Especial en sardines". This is senseless text. The correct spelling should be "Especialidad en sardinas".
