Continuity mistake: When the hijacked DC9 aircraft arrives into Algeria for the first time, in a front shot when taxiing, the nose and windshield are of a Boeing 727. Afterwards it becomes a DC9 for the remaining of the movie.

Continuity mistake: After RVD is shot by the lone motorcyclist he goes home to take care of his wound. You can see that he was shot in his LEFT shoulder. When he goes to the bathroom and takes off his shirt, the wound is on his RIGHT shoulder. After bandaging up his wound, he finds his wife bound and gagged and his daughter has been taken. He goes out to the garage and you can see his LEFT shoulder is now bandaged. (00:58:50 - 01:01:55)

Continuity mistake: During the "bedroom scene", Dana suddenly had wrist chains on for a short period of time. Before this, a chain could be seen dangling along the wall near the bed, but the chain was never seen going onto the bed. The same is true for the chain attached on the other side of the bed. Continuity mistake: When Jules and Nic are in bed, about to watch a porn movie, Nic's chin rests on her arm or is away from it, depending on the angle.

Continuity mistake: After the shootout at Sarah's birthday party, White Mike is visited at the hospital by Molly. Mike's pillow has marking "Property of Queens Hospital", they cut to Molly, then back to Mike, and the marking is gone. Regardless, they were in Manhattan, they would not have taken him to Queens Hospital anyway.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Robert has been resurrected as a tricycle, the bell and ribbon keep moving back and forth from the right handle bar to the left one.

Continuity mistake: Near the end, the orderly restrains Kristen and the doctor says not to drug them. The doctor is holding Kristen by the arms. However in the close up of her getting the injection her arms are free, only to be restrained again in the next shot.
