Continuity mistake: In the pursuit scene between Jack in the red Chevy and the two bad guys in the silver Audi, the Chevy right front fender is completely wrinkled after a side to side crash. When the car stops after exiting the tunnel, the fender is still wrinkled, but when Jack momentarily loses control and the car skids, the fender is unwrinkled and stays that way. Continuity mistake: The silver SUV in which John, Laura and their son are escaping, changes several times from one to two inspection decals on its windshield. Firstly there are two decals reading 9_10. Right after Laura tries to step out of the running car and they almost collide with a truck, the SUV comes to a full stop and there is a single decal reading 5_10. When they are at the checkpoint leaving Pennsylvania we go again to two decals. Additionally, when two decals are present, they sometimes read 9_10 and some other times 11_10. (01:38:00 - 01:43:20)

Continuity mistake: In the yacht scene with the FBI guys, the yacht is alternately docked to its port side with the stern towards open water and with the stern against the dock. When the agents approach the boat, they come from the left side and there is no dock at the stern. When they leave and Jordan throws them bills, they go around the boat's stern via a dock that wasn't there in the first shot.
