Audio problem: When detective Bryant gets rough while interrogating the suspect of the shooting he tells him to sit down. When we cut to a different angle we hear him repeat the last few words of his sentence.
Continuity mistake: Jill writes Hank a goodbye letter which she hands to a friend to deliver. In the letter which Hank reads the next day, Jill states how beautiful Africa is and how Hank must visit. She wrote this before she left and had not seen Africa yet.
Factual error: At the end of the episode, they say the Bible said he lived to be 110 years old. The Bible says 70.
There Is No Normal Anymore - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: The beautiful blonde visitor takes a picture of herself on Tyler's phone. However, we get a perfect view of her as she concentrates to take the snap (looking very serious and studious, barely showing her teeth), but when we see the picture she is wearing a classic toothy smile right across her face. Continuity mistake: When Pete and Myka first get to Warehouse 13 and walk up, the football that flew at Pete is lying on the ground close to the open door. In the overhead shot, the ball is gone, but is there again in the next closeup.
Continuity mistake: The assassin is running across the square with the poisonous needle in his left hand in several shots. But moments later, when tackled to the ground, it is pressured from his closed right hand.
Episode #3.1 - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: DI Chandler calls a suspect "Daniel Wilkie." However when the interview is done he goes and talks to Ed, saying "you've just arrested Ben Wilkie."
Leaning, Lobsters and Lectures - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: Buddy is doing a lobster themed cake for a bachelor party. When Buddy goes in to tell the staff, there is a huge cake 3 tiers high being worked on, almost complete, on the table in the background. As he makes the parts for the lobster cake the cake in the back has fewer tiers, no decorations, no icing, and back again, completely out of order.
Revealing mistake: When Chloe, Eli, Greer, and the rest of the team first go to the alien planet, you can see a car driving in the background to the left of the screen at the beginning of the shot (which wouldn't make sense considering they're on an alien planet). (00:15:40)
'This Is America' or 'Fifty Bucks' - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: When Ray is talking to his son in the hallway outside of the detention room, his son has his arms out in front of him when the shot is from behind, but in the next shot facing him, his arms and body are in different positions.
Love Blurts - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Ted's talking about saying "I Love You" after sex, we see a flashback to the previous evening, him rolling over and saying it, then it cuts. He then talks about making it worse - we see the same scene again, this time not cutting afterwards, except it's not the same scene. The first time the duvet was down to his date's waist, the second time it stays up by her chest.
Revealing mistake: When Ruxin's phone conversation with Kevin is overheard by Jenny, she starts an online chat with Ruxin. She sends her message, but almost as soon as she's sent it, for a fraction of a second we see "reply from Ruxin" appear on her screen, before the shot cuts to Ruxin actually seeing it and writing his reply.
Continuity mistake: In the final showdown between the Queen and Alice, in the wide shot, you initially see the Ten of Clubs standing beside the Queen, but when it moves to close-up, he has disappeared from her side, only to run into the scene behind Jack and Duchess moments later. (02:52:45)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Rigby returns to the office and finds 15 messages on her answering machine, the second message is addressed to the name of the actor (Meaghan) rather than the character.
Continuity mistake: After the officers show up in Kim's office regarding the kidnapping, in the closeup one of them uses his left hand to contact Control via his shoulder mic, but in the next wideshot it's his right hand up at the radio mic.
Factual error: At the beginning of the episode, Patrick Swayze is looking at photos of two Iraq veterans who have been murdered. He identifies one as a Marine Lance Corporal and the other as an Army PFC, but both pictures show men in U.S. Army uniforms. A bit later, his partner, who is supposed to be a Marine vet, refers to his decision not to "re-up," using the Army term for re-enlistment, rather than "ship over," as it's referred to in the Navy and Marines.
Episode #1.4 - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Mr. Knightley has just confessed his love for Emma. She is about to kiss him and is holding his face with both of her hands. Her left index finger moves from being right on his ear to being behind it and further down on top of his hair. (00:48:40)
Continuity mistake: During the funeral, 2 is hit with a rock thrown by a young boy. In subsequent shots, the wound on his forehead changes size and configuration several times.
Revealing mistake: At the end of the episode when Leroy is trying to get a cat to come down off the house, it jumps at him and he gets into a "fight" with the cat going at his face. It is painfully obvious that the cat is just a stuffed toy and David Mann is just controlling it.
