Continuity mistake: In the cafeteria, when Oliver joins Miley and Lilly at the table the food and trays change position, particularly the milk carton. Then when Oliver stands up and announces that Lilly has the two tickets, suddenly the apple has changed trays and the juice box and milk carton are lying flat.
Seven Minutes to Midnight - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: When Mohinder is back in India, his mother tells him that his sister Shanti died at the age of 5, when Mohinder himself was 2. In "The Hard Part", Mohinder tells Molly Walker that Shanti died before he was born, and shows her a photo of Shanti (who looks 5 years old) and his pregnant mother.
Continuity mistake: When Tommy parks his Ford Mustang up on the pavement, he stops right in front of a post. Later, when he drives away, there's nothing in front of the car.
Continuity mistake: Roy closes his comic and throws it onto the desk. The camera flits back to Moss, then back to Roy, and Roy is holding the open comic again and repeats the same actions. (00:06:25)
Continuity mistake: When the Polaroid photo is shown of Betty and Walter with his boss and his wife, Betty's hands are behind Walter and the boss's wife's back. When it was taken, her left arm was out and her hand was on her own leg.
What About Calling All Friends... - S2-E19
Continuity mistake: When Adam is pushing the stroller past the line at the cupcake shop the mother talking to her son has her hand in her pocket, but when the camera shot cuts it's then on her hip.
Zero To Murder in Sixty Seconds - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: When Shawn and Gus find Johnny G's body in the car, he's slumped forward in the shots inside the car but slumped back in the shots seen through the windshield.
Continuity mistake: When Theo hits the fence it becomes snapped a bit but in the next shot you can see him preparing to charge at the fence again, and it is whole again.
Continuity mistake: Episode: "Man Hunt": When Jonas tries to interrogate the hardware store owner, the owner falls off his chair, knocking it over. In the next shot it's standing upright again.
Continuity mistake: When she sees the little boy's ghost, Gwen's hair alternates repeatedly between neatly-combed and windblown/messy, depending on the shot. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: During the test. Light's collar is tucked in his shirt, but a few seconds later it is out.
Continuity mistake: At the end, when Shark is holding his daughter, his hands are on her shoulders and then on her face when the camera angle changes.
Continuity mistake: The broken glass on Nathan's face and arms disappears when he is pouring out the rice, but reappears when he is yelling into the PA system.
Continuity mistake: Just before the robbery, Jake throws some water bottles and a flashlight over a small mound into the bushes, to hide them from the thieves. But when Mimi later picks them up, they are much closer to the truck, and on the other side of the mound. In fact, the bottles and flashlight would have been in plain sight for the robbers where she picks them up.
Continuity mistake: When Kyle drives away in a car, the logos on the trunk disappear and reappear from one shot to the next. (00:34:55)
Continuity mistake: In episode K&R III - Part 3 When the Dr is coming out to tell Danny that Jordan is responding to the clotting agent, he has a blood spot on his left shoulder, when the shot changes to Danny and back to the Dr. the spot is gone.
Horrid Henry and the Demon Dinnerlady - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the initial scene, Henry is offered something resembling tomato noodles. As Henry thinks he's poisoned, he is not holding anything. In the next shot, the tray and tomato noodles are on the floor despite not being dropped.
Continuity mistake: The scene set at Sarah's grave takes place in a hilly area with the house shown in the distance. Her surname is spelt Trevanian on the plaque on the gravestone. When Sarah's funeral was shown in Series 3, Episode 8 she was buried on a flat piece of ground near to the house. Every other time the family's surname is shown in print it is spelt Trevanion, including in the engraving on Sarah's coffin at her funeral. (00:16:35)
