Continuity mistake: When Billy is holding logs still for George to chop, the second log he puts on the stump is stripped of any bark. But when George swings down to chop it, the log is suddenly covered in bark. (00:50:45)
Continuity mistake: When Paxton & Kana escape the factory by stealing a car, he checks his rear-view mirror to see the car pursuing him - the road has a dividing dashed white line on it. Continuity mistake: As Rachel is preparing the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, she places the knife on top of the open PB jar in a closeup, but in the very next shot the knife has disappeared, then reappears again. (01:23:15)

Continuity mistake: When the Seagrass is attacked, the two girls are thrown through the cabin's rear windows, landing on the outside deck. When the boat's owner finds it, a camera circles the Seagrass from a distance and the rear windows are intact. When he and Elizabeth board the boat, the windows are again broken. Continuity mistake: When Hal and Catherine are arguing before she goes to the airport, her ponytail switches between going over the front of her shoulder and hanging straight down her back between shots.
Continuity mistake: After Amy stabs the knife into the table next to the bed, it changes position in following shots.
Continuity mistake: When Granny uses her solo ski as a snowboard the ski becomes much bigger on its own.
Continuity mistake: After Dan is injured a bandage is placed horizontally above Dan's left eye. In all subsequent shots and scenes the bandage is at an angle.
Continuity mistake: When Tim goes to the house and Kate falls off her horse, they go inside. When she leaves you can hear a car engine start. If she rode her horse to the house how did she get her car there?
Continuity mistake: After Perry and Harry leave the lake with the girl in the trunk, the headrests are missing from the front seats, but when the shot cuts to them arriving at Harry's hotel, they reappear.
Continuity mistake: The outline of the heart the little girl drew on the window change from when she drew it to when Jodi Foster breathes on it. This has nothing to do with the inside/outside shot of the heart. (00:14:55 - 00:50:20)
Continuity mistake: During the presentation the heart on Marie's friends necklace keeps moving positions during different shots. Sometimes it's hanging from the left side of the heart, sometimes the right. It is extremely unlikely that the heart would move that vigorously while she is calmly sitting in a chair.
Continuity mistake: When Luke brings Caroline back to the house after knocking her out, Violet demands to know where Ben is. In this shot her tears are black because of the mascara, but in the next shot all her blackened tears have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When John Bell has blood coming out of his mouth, his left hand is covered with blood. When the camera shot switches it is his right hand that is covered in blood. Then when the shot switches back to the first angle the left hand is back to being the hand that is covered in blood.
Continuity mistake: When Dodger and Owen are talking outside the Halloween party, Dodger's cape is over her right shoulder. When Owen walks away after they finish talking, her cape is pulled back, off her shoulder.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Pin and Brendan are sitting on the beach talking, in one shot the sun is below the horizon, in the next shot it's just above, and in the next shot it's under the horizon again.
Continuity mistake: When the Mum and Son are driving in the opening, the Son's seatbelt jumps over/under his collar.
